The staff was great but the air brush tan I got is not a tan. I can barely tell I got anything sprayed on me. I asked for tropical dark. Disappointed and bummed as I head off on my trip. I paid a lot of money. And I have gotten air brush tans before and was very dark. read more

Upon my first time entering the location I wasn't too impressed, but I wanted to start getting a base tan for the summer. My impression on signing up for the membership that it was for 3 months. I was wrong in believing that - the store continued to charge me after the 3 months were over and I called them In June. Requested they cancel my membership and was told June's payment was the last. I look at my account this past weekend and see another charge from them. I call today and now I'm told I have to go into the store and sign cancellation papers. What a rip off!!!!! If you don't know to go and do this they continue to charge and of course will not credit a penny cuz "it's in the paperwork signed upon entering the membership" I understand I was not responsible enough to read over the paperwork, but REALLY!!! where have you ever heard that you have to go to the place of business to sign cancellation paperwork!!!! ???? this is so incredibly ridiculous to me. If you ask me, it's like a SCAM to get your money because not too many people are going to read word for word on a tanning booth membership - I MEAN REALLY! I hope this gets to others as this is important to know if others have been in the same position. Never have my business again!!!! read more

On February 23, 2021 I came here at 8:18pm. They close at 9pm. They were running a $10 special, and I was excited to give this place a try. I was NOT greeted by the host at the front desk. She gave us forms to sign in and proceeded to let my friend through but not us. While filling out the paperwork she proceeded to take all walk ins instead of holding our spot (order by which we came in). Was told my room would be ready by 8:30. 8:36 I go up and ask if everything is okay. She rolls her eyes and says why wouldn't it be?? I say look I'm not trying to be mean but just wanted to know. She proceeds to let more and more customers who arrived after us through. By 8:45 she lets my friend into the room and says I'll get to the next available after it's done cleaning. Both my friends walk out FINISHED and I'm still waiting after half an hour. I walk to the counter and ask for a refund. It's 9:01. And they are mopping in front of all guests and counting money ?? When I ask for the managers card she looks at me like I have six eyes and says the manager doesn't have one. That's fine. I asked for a phone number or email. Nope she doesn't have one. Apparently the manager runs three locations but no professional email or phone number. The employee informs me that she can't give me her personal info?? Even though I'm having an issue. The manager also only sometimes shows up on Monday's so there's no way I can meet in person to explain the issue. So I've wasted a good 45 mins of my life and leave without a spray tan and a weak promise for a refund ("maybe it'll show on your card in 24hours") don't waste your money or time here. Go to target and get yourself a bottle of tanologist that'll last you 2 months for the same price. thanks for nothing you bums. read more

I went to Beach Bum Tanning for my wedding trial and for my actual wedding day. Both times the staff were knowledgeable and helpful! They provided recommendations on exactly when I should be spray tanned for my wedding and in what order to get it done (nails first then tan!) They also provided recommendations based on my skin color. read more

My roommates and I went to get spray tans from here. The lady assisting us said that she did not want to clean a certain machine and insisted that we use the one that did not need her attention. She was also very disrespectful and not helpful throughout the process. When I was waiting for one of my roommates to finish her tan a group of girls was gossipping about another employee. To make matters worse, she left the workplace a couple of times throughout the time we were there to answer personal phone calls and ignore guests. The rest of the workers were fine overall, but she really ruined the mood for all of us, as well as other guests. read more

Pretty good price for spray tans. Make sure to check online for coupons. I got buy one get one free for my first spray tan! You have to physically show them the coupon on your phone though. I just realized tonight that they actually "close" at 9:45. I showed up at 9:48 and the doors were locked. A women came out and said they don't let customers in after 9:45, so just keep that in mind. This was definitely a little annoying and I wish they had that clearer on their website. read more

Recently, I was sent into a stand up tanning room. It was absolutely dark with no way to turn on a light. I was in a hurry, so I used the flashlight on my phone to disrobe. When using the booth, it continuously cut off and on. I explained these issues to the staff and they were less than apologetic and acted like I was bothering them. I guess I'm stuck with them until I get out of my contract, but I would not recommend them. read more

Definitely recommend going here the prices are great and has so many great deals on lotions and packages.
