Great place lots of choices and selection. The carry Love Shack Fancy dresses which are so feminine, beautiful and I adore. Lots of styles, colors, varieties. The staff is helpful, fun and kind. I think they can work on making the dressing rooms a little fancier for the price they charge for the items but overall an amazing place. Great people, location is a hit spot near the pier so stay for lunch after. Amazing place. 5 stars! read more

I bought a very expensive swim suit yesterday and no where in the store did i see the return policy posted nor did the sales associate tell me at checkout. I assumed it would be like any other store, 7 days or 30 days with tags still attacked. Well here, you do not get to exchange Or return AT ALL on any swimsuit or shoes or accessories. Not only do they have the best selection of swimwear in the South Bay, they carry brands like Retrofête, Lisa Marie Fernandez, Significant Other and Gucci jewelry. If I could give this store negative stars I would. I live locally and have been a loyal customer in the past. Nobody in the store ever expressed their return/exchange policy I went back 24 hours after buying overpriced items that I no longer wanted and they would not take any of them back or even give me store credit. The tags were still on and I had not touched them. The sales associate was beyond rude and I am horribly disappointed that I ever supported this business in the first place. Do NOT shop here. Shop on revolve with a normal return policy / same brands / better quality. I am seriously sad and let down. For a local business, I am not sure how this place has stayed open. read more

I have gone into founded 1912 numerous times and it has always been an amazing experience. The managers are so friendly and welcoming and have always treated me and all of the other customers like their priority no matter how many people are in the store. I always love shopping there when I go out of town as they have everything from bathing suits to loungewear to more formal pieces. It's dangerous going in there as I always find something I love but I can't stop going in! Definitely the best bathing suit boutique in Manhattan Beach and would recommend it to anyone! read more

I have been here quite often and am always greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff - they go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I want!!! I can't understand why anyone would give this place negative reviews especially the comments in previous reviews referring to the return policy... they are obviously people who don't normally shop in boutiques. This is a family owned business and they obviously Love what they do because they do it so well! This is a MUST visit when you're in the LA area. As a bi-racial, gender-fluid, non-binary individual, I can say its hard to find somewhere that I feel comfortable to shop. The staff here were just amazing during my entire visit. Upon entry, a friendly group of beautiful lil senoritas (she/her pronouns, so cute) welcomed me with a friendly hello and complimented me on my outfit and hat. Damn girls, now that is how you greet a sexy bitch! They took their time to help me find just the right bikini for my figure, just a lil more cushion on me but I found love! Now you gotta understand you get what you pay for, and this drinkable glass of water does not go to Chucky Cheese for a gourmet dinner! My credit card may have heated up but so will I, later when I'm working the runway beach and snapping necks from others turning too fast to get a glance at this lil lemon drop. Do NOT shop here. Horrible customer service. The management is incredibly disrespectful and their return policy is nonexistent for overpriced items. Shop online for the brands you like. I love the selection of bathing suits, sandals, jewelry, dresses, shorts, hats etc. The girls that work their are so sweet and very helpful.
