This shop is amazing! There's great everyday pieces but they have some beautiful formal dresses that are unique and refined as well. I came in here looking for a dress for a black tie wedding and found one of the most gorgeous dresses. Sara helped me for the duration I was in the store and was absolutely sweet, kind and thoughtful throughout everything. She pulled plenty of great pieces for me and was helpful as well by pulling a selection of shoes for me to try on with each dress. Don't waste your time. Other reviewers were right. I gave my daughter my card to go buy something at a few stories. She is in college and could use a nice day out. These people acted like she shouldn't be shopping there. When she asked to try something on they questioned her several times of if she really wanted to try it on. Why do you want to shop at a place that makes your feel inferior? Customer service is dead! Go somewhere that appreciates you. read more

When I shop, I prefer to not have it be presumed that I cannot afford to shop. Rather, please do not talk to me about how much things cost, unless I ask. It's presumptuous! It's insensitive! It's totally inappropriate! I worked for Louis Vuitton and other luxury retailers for over 10 years. What I experienced today was a "ugh let's get her out of here quick because she's not the type of customer we want and she can't afford anything anyway" It's not good customer service to profile that way. There's absolutely nothing in your shop that I couldn't buy if I wanted to, but moreover, even if I could only afford a candle, your judgement would still not be warranted. Especially considering that almost everything you sell, can be found online for less than what you sell it for. Don't judge a book by it's cover. If this wasn't the only shop in all of Manhattan Beach that had what I needed, I would've absolutely gone elsewhere. read more

Nice little boutique for men and women's clothing in Manhattan Village. I was warmly greeted walking in and proceeded to the men's section to see what kind of selection there was for men. They had a lot of nice and original looking clothing-- shirts, pants, shorts, coats, jackets, sweaters as well as comfortable beach couture. I liked a lot of the selections they had on stock. It's a little pricey compared to your typical chain department store items but I really like the quality and design of the selection they had. It's cool find for me since I've been looking for something more original and upscale without having to drive to Beverly Hills or go to Fred Segal. I'll be back. read more

Blvd is a great boutique! The owners Jen and Brieana are amazing! They aren't pushy and really take in your body shape to help pull pieces for you! The store is extremely manageable. Went in yesterday to stock up on bikinis for Cabo this weekend and had a great experience. The girls are so helpful and sweet! They also pulled a few items for me that I didn't even see when I was browsing and ended up falling in love with. Seriously couldn't be happier! :) This place is a total 1 stop shop, meaning you can pretty much get anything you could possibly need from here including swimsuits, dresses, jeans, shorts, sandals, and the world's cutest accessories (be sure to check out the hand beaded bracelets by the cash register- TDF.) One of the last remaining boutiques in a town that is rapidly changing. The help and styling you receive from the girls is always geniune. You can tell they really love their clients. Everytime I've walked in I'm greeted as a friend. I recently purchased different 3 brackets at the BLVD on Manhattan Beach Blvd. The saleperson who helped me was a short blunt blond hair woman! I asked if she could gift wrapped the 2 of the 3 bracelets. She didnt bother to mark the boxes so I would know the diffence between each one. Netherless, she was annoyed that she had to rewrap one of the gifts (not so bright)!! The topper was, when I asked her if she could put each box in their own bag and to add tissue, she gave me a sigh and again another annoyed look. Then she proceeds to tell me that some people don't like to open a maze! I'm thinking to myself....what the HELL is she talking about. It is just a small box in a bag with tissue (she originally didn't want to do that). Besides, it is called PRESENTATIONS!! Most boutiques take pride in their gift wrapping. And with her pissy attitude, she never said Thank You!, Wow...it makes me want to come back, NOT! I would rather take my business to another boutique who has customer service etiquette! read more
