Though the gentlemen taking my car didn't say much, they were professional & explained what they were going to do and where they were going to go. The owner of the company worked with my insurance company to move my car to another lot for inspection. When asked if I could retrieve personal items, I was initially told yes the night before. However no one expected my insurance company would move my vehicle to another lot. Thankfully DSP shared this information with me and provided the name of the other business that has my car.
