Though the gentlemen taking my car didn't say much, they were professional & explained what they were going to do and where they were going to go. The owner of the company worked with my insurance company to move my car to another lot for inspection. When asked if I could retrieve personal items, I was initially told yes the night before. However no one expected my insurance company would move my vehicle to another lot. Thankfully DSP shared this information with me and provided the name of the other business that has my car. Thank you DSP for safely removing my car from the road and storing it overnight!

Instead, I received a call from Darlene at Kitakawa Towing -- the business was just opening, and no truck was on the way yet. Disappointing, since I had been waiting for hours. But Darlene quickly rallied and sent help within the hour. Kevin, the tow truck driver, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring. The best option turned out to be driving my car to a nearby shop to fix the tire -- and Kevin generously offered to follow me there to ensure I arrived safely. He would have loaded my car if needed, without hesitation. Having a flat tire is never a good day, but Darlene and Kevin turned it around with genuine care and top-notch service. Let's just say I tried to DIY my own battery change and disconnected the terminals but gave up when I realized I wouldn't be able to pull the battery out on my own. (It's a BMW). Then when I "accidentally" left the tow hitch at home (because I didn't think it was necessary), he had to work around pushing and pulling my vehicles with dollies.
