This is the situation we found ourselves in on our first night in Port St Joe. When we realized it (our solar wasn't kicking in at dark) we loaded the fur babies and went to a hotel. I messaged Tommy, 10pm, and he responded next morning (Father's Day). He wasn't available until Monday, but from my description of what was occurring he suggested a battery charger to get us through. We bought one and that saved us another night at the hotel. It worked like a charm. I sent him some videos and he already knew what the likely problem was. He was right on time Monday AM and let me know when he was 10 minutes out. He checked it out and sure enough it was the convertor. He replaced it quickly and made some suggestions as to why it may have went out. He did NOT have to suggest a temporary fix for us and could've guaranteed us having him come out and repair. I'm sure some folks would've called him and canceled with the 'bandaid' but he still helped us. We're so thankful that there are still businesses like this. I would highly recommend Tommy to anyone. They were not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but they were the most professional and said they could finish in two days. They came out and the 2 plumbers were courteous and quick! The job was finished as promised and I was very pleased with their service. PS A few months later I noticed a leak in my master closet, they sent a technician who had to reopen the wall, found the source, fixed it at no charge. I now need to get someone to fix the wall but they came out quickly and corrected the leak.
