Well, according to the Arizona Attorney General, that is defined and considered consumer fraud by being deceptive and unfair and a misrepresentation by a seller. The employee(s) failed to inform us of their policy at the time of the transaction. The AAG has the ability to investigate unfair and deceptive business practices.
