For Christmas Eve, there were a fair amount of last minute shoppers, but not too busy. They had all the cash registers working, so the line moved fast. This is our first time in this store and we found that they had a great stock of branded shoes at a great price! The rest of the store seemed well stocked for being Christmas Eve, so either they were well prepared or there hasn't been many shoppers. The store also seems pretty clean and organized and there were plenty of employees keeping clothes and rearranging the shoes. My son picked up a pair of Nike AirMax TW shoes for $64.99 ($160 at Nike) and the belt that he needed. I saw a pair of Hoka Hiking Shoe for $99.99 ($170 at Hoka) and a pair of Altra running shoe for $49.99 ($130 at Altra). I have never seen Hoka and Altra sold at Ross Stores in California. We may have to come back after Christmas to do more shopping before our vacation ends.
