My true concern is while looking at the storage none of the racks offer any type of padding on them/carpet on them. It's raw wood against the bottom of the boat. A true concern especially since you don't know if the forklift driver actually picks them up or drags them across the wood. One of the boats on the rack looked like it had some scrapes from previous storage attempts.

These guys are a joke; they have no clue what they are doing…read more I had a part that needed to be returned to Yamaha to re-program it. I was told by Yamaha to send in the part thru a dealer, and they would re-program it for free. I went thru Norfolk Marine (Big Mistake). I dropped the part off on Wednesday and explained to the service manager what had happened and exactly what Yamaha told me. I also provided him the information Yamaha requested to be sent in with the part. He said he would have his tech look at it, I asked him why and that it just needed to be forwarded to Yamaha, he said just to verify the part. A few hours later I received a call from him saying a Yamaha tech would be out to program and install the part. I said that Yamaha was very specific stating the part could only be programmed at Yamaha. I asked him if he spoke to Yamaha and he said yes (this was a bold face lie) and they told him it could be programmed in the field. He told me the tech would meet me at 8:00AM that Friday. I took off of work Friday morning and the tech did not show, I tried to call the service department's manager at 9:00AM, and he was not in, the receptionist said she would let him know when he came in, he returned my call about 15 minutes later and said the tech was wrapping up and would be out shortly, he showed up around 10:00AM and told me no one had scheduled him to come out to my boat. He spent about an hour or so and could not get the part to work, he then called his office and tried a couple of other things, still did not work, he then called Yamaha, and they said the part would have to be sent to them in order to get it re-programmed (waste of 4-days). They then sent it to Yamaha, and it went through some problems there. Yamaha finally got it programmed and overnighted it back to Norfolk Marine (Thursday). I called Norfolk Marine the next day (Friday) and they said it did not come in and they would be looking for it. I called the following Monday, and they said it still had not shown, I then called Yamaha, and they told me it was signed for and gave me the tracking number. I entered the number, and it said it had been delivered the prior Friday. I called Norfolk Marine, and they went on an Easter egg hunt, come to find out it was delivered to the parts department and they refused it and told UPS it was supposed to go to Yamaha. It has been over 5-weeks, and I have not been able to use my boat, the part is now missing, and Norfolk Marine has no clue where it is.

Just put it out there need to watch out when you go to Bob's boat trailers on azalea garden road…read moreand people are not good I took my boat that I've had 15 years there to have leaf springs installed it's hard to be $900 that wasn't bad I paid that but I had a book board bolt kit in my boat that I ordered from Amazon for $58 and they took my u-boats out and moment my leaf springs up with them and charge me for them I called them to see where my u-boats were in my box and they all said that they don't know what I'm talking about I'm crazy ain't nobody going to steal nothing very rude the lady on the phone about had a stroke cussing at me then someone else got on the phone and they are asking me questions like they're a detective asking me what size bolts you know what you took out of my boat and someone tried to steal my sticker off my boat that I just put up there a 28 sticker and half of it was peeled off on the right side and I got pictures of all that watch out when you go to Bob's boats cuz Bob told me that nobody stole nothing out of my boat he said I'm crazy now they're The crazy ones out there and they are stealing s*** out of your boat so don't take nothing up there stay away from Bob's boats you need to find somewhere else to go where they're honest cuz he is not honest they stole my s*** out of my boat tonight and it wasn't nothing but for you both they cost $10 a piece but when you charge your customer for their boats you're making money I guess how they got rich like that all right I'm over I'm going to go buy me some bolts and fix my own boat I should have never took it up there in the first place I was worn by Mr Bill at azalea Auto body told me to stay away from that place
