My son (3 years old) waited over an hour to be seen. They let a lot of regulars in before us which is upsetting because I tried to make an appointment ahead by calling, but was told no appointment necessary to walk right on in. The impression given was it would be and easy in and out. He is 3 so it is really hard to keep him waiting for more than an hour. I'm really surprised they wouldn't rotate it a little better so that everyone gets help in a reasonable amount of time. Of course the copay was taken promptly which I would have appreciated a we are really busy or something. I understand a busy urgent care or hospital but this is not what I expected at all. They were very sweet once we were seen and the doctor was caring and gave us options on medication. read more

These people were completely awesome. They treated me like family, got to me quickly and didn't waste my time or money. In all honesty if they were closer to where I live in Apex, NC I would make them my regular doctor. I've never been treated this well at a doctor's office. Way to go! read more

The entire staff are great and they always willing to assist even if they are busy. Eric and Zoe are absolutely the very best in their field. I'm 74 and these two beat all of the doctors I ever had. Horrible experience. Waited over 2 hours to be seen for a year physical while others were ushered in before me. Worst patient experience I've ever had. Between being mistaken for another patient and nearly improperly examined to doctors reluctant to perform a yearly physical and disregard for patient health. Very unprofessional. read more

If you need urgent care this is the place to go! My husband and I live here and we go here all the time when we can't wait for an appointment with our regular physician. The Physicians Assistant on staff is who we see, I call her Dr. Zoe. She's amazing! Smart, efficient, quick and sympathetic, you can't ask for a better caregiver than her! Everyone there is super nice and I've never had to wait more than 15 to 20 minutes as a walk-in. read more

Terrible experience today. My son was up all night with pain from an ear infection. We called ahead and we're given instructions on how to check in for my car. I followed all the instructions and fill out the paperwork. They told me to meet them outside the door to turn in the paperwork. After 15 minutes, I realize they forgot about me. I called back again and they apologized for the mistake. No further instruction was given. After another 20 minutes in my car I called to ask what to expect. They told me they were three patients in front of me but they could not give me any time estimate on how long it would take. I waited another 45 minutes and called again to get an update. They didn't know my name and asked if I had checked in yet. After expressing my frustration, they told me they were two patients ahead of me. I asked if they had only seen one patient in 45 minutes. The person on the phone was rude and said that I must've talk to someone else. After an hour and a half and being forgotten two times, I decided to leave. read more

Wonderful care and wonderful caregivers! Last full day on vacation and my almost 2 year old son dislocated his elbow (nursemaid elbow) when pulling away fro me in the ocean waves. He was inconsolable by the time we got to BMC but PA-C Zoe had his elbow popped back into place in no time. Everyone was super nice and friendly. We were in and out probably within an hour or so. Hopefully we won't have to visit you again during next years vacation, but if the worst happens, I know we'll be in good hands here. read more

My PCP left the area and I needed my prescriptions filled...like...right away. Read about Beach Medical on YELP. Boy did they get it right. Walked in today...filled out normal necessary forms...waited a few minutes...then was led into an examining room for the blood pressure checks, etc. Then spent an unbelievable amount of time with ZOE SHERMAN !! Answered all of my questions and asked me a ton of questions about me and my health issues. Very thorough. Brutally honest with me - a GOOD thing ! Felt really comfortable with her. Unfortunately, she only deals with walk-ins and Urgent Care. Hopefully I will feel as comfortable with one of their PCPs. Try them--promise you will be more than pleased !! read more
