More than once, but didn't do the eye test on him with the light. didnt do vitals ... didn't do any kind of test on him ....And barely even looked at him and also before the doctor came in I was waiting to go to the bathroom because I didn't want to bring my son with me to the bathroom in case somebody came and I was trying to get somebody's attention to help and everyone kept side eyeing me and not even asking me if I need anything.... Then registration came and dropped off an iPad for me to fill out my information.... I'm not sure why she even works here if she's just gonna hand iPads to people. Then she came back and asked me if I need help and I said yes, and she pressed the thing on the iPad to video Call somebody....

We visited the ER for my 14mo baby for dehydration and a high fever. Although I did not walk away…read moresatisfied with the service, nor respected as a person/patient/parent, I can still share a few things that I did like about this ER. Good things first - the security guard at the front desk was pleasant, attentive and helpful when we arrived. The waiting room was quiet, and we were called in very quickly. The first nurse who took our information and my daughter's vitals was efficient and kind, as was the second nurse who spoke to us in more depth about our situation was also very kind. They were both compassionate, respectful of my daughter not wanting strangers to touch or get near her if they didn't have to, and they genuinely seemed to want to help. They even got us a popsicle and juice to try and help soothe my daughter and actively work on hydrating and cooling her down. We didn't have to wait as long to be spoken to as we did in other ERs that we've visited. Now the bad parts - the doctor, I won't mention her name, was one of the rudest people I've ever met. She had the most entitled attitude from the minute she walked in, her tone and body language clearly emanated her opinions. I made it clear that we had been to another ER who sent us away without any solutions and that was why we were in her ER instead. But she made no effort to ease our minds or offer better support. In fact she continuously said their ER was not a full service ER and that any labs done would not be handled like a full service ER and at best it would take 72 hours for results. I advocated for what I wanted, which was fluids to hydrate my daughter, and their response was that my daughter wasn't dehydrated enough (AKA she had to get much sicker before it would be flagged as an issue). She was very defensive in her communication, reacting as if my questions were stupid or redundant. Instead of working with me to be proactive and not make our situation worse, they offered options we didn't agree with and that led us to forego any treatment at all from this ER. This was our choice, but I was incredibly disappointed in their ability to treat a pediatric patient, I felt they were very ill-equipped literally and figuratively. We essentially paid a large sum to sit in a room for 2 hours being rudely "spoken down" to. Obviously you go to the ER when you have no other option, not every ER visit will have the circumstances we had nor the doctor we had (if you're lucky) so take this review as you will. But I do warn anyone with a pediatric patient - prepare yourselves for a rough experience.

After visiting this urgent care 100% understand why. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. I had no anxiety in the office whatsoever, the receptionist was very open to answering any questions I had and very patient with me. Along with the nurses assistant walking me through everything, and the nurse practitioner was very adamant about finding a solution to my problem. Which made me feel a lot of relief about the experience. This is one of the best urgent cares I've been to in my lifetime. I would recommend this experience to anyone if needed, of course.

They also have a cafeteria. It is located off of Highway 17 and is easy to get to. As far as parking goes, they do have a big lot, and also a vallet if needed. I visited twice, and entered via the south entrance. Here they also checked us in, asked for Id, took our photo and was given a vistors pass. Both times i visited (one on 7/30/26 and another on 8/02/2026) The security person at check in was very nice. I was also with someone and knew where to go, but the security person also provides directions. Only quam is that it is chilly in hospitals, and highly recommend to bring a Jacket or something. Also, i'm surprised that there is no map of the hospital around- if i was by myself, and perhaps bad at directions, I feel that I would get lost in there! Anyways, found my dad's room in the cardio unit okay. Another thing is that there is only 2 chairs in the room, and if people want to stay long there should be another chair of some sort. At the visit of 7/30, someone needed to stand because we were 3 people. Oh, and met the surgeon and the nurse and everyone was nice. The nurse was also nice because it was time to remove some tubes that were in my dad, and she was explaining what she was doing and had a calming demeanor. Glad to see- although sort of wish I didn't have to see that because my dad said ow when the tube was out. Some people don't like seeing their family members in pain like that. Anyways. Oh and used the restroom on the south strand side, and it was a single stall! Clean but of course there was a line to the womens room for the single stall. Wasn't on the main entrance side, but hope the main entrance has more restroom stalls! This is my review as a visitor, and it was easy visiting this place.

It took a little over an hour for my child to be seen and treated for strep throat. The nurse explained everything so thoroughly and the doctor was very knowledgeable. The facility itself was clean and organized. The check in and checkout process was much easier than traditional emergency rooms. Overall this is definitely a place I'd rather go than CAMC.

Thought at-home wound care was okay that evening but the next morning another review of the wound made me feel like I needed urgent medical attention. We did not find this business listed on google. Just happened to see the sign riding out of Cherry Grove. We were there just before they opened, but they came to the door and told us to come in! I was treated with dignity and professionalism with a side of needed humor. A little numbing cream, 5 stitches and a total of an hour spent in the office was a God Send!!! They called in an antibiotic for me right up the block. We even had time to stop and enjoy a nice breakfast out. My arthritis has never given me an issue whatsoever. If he would have just looked at my wrist, he would have seen bite marks that I saw the next day when I got the swelling down. He wouldn't even look and kept insisting it was arthritis. Then they charged me $3834.00 for just walking in and had numerous wrong charges including chemo meds on my bill for a total of over $6400. I spoke to the billing department who is sending it up for an audit. But seriously, $3834.00 for just walking in. Thankfully, I have Medicare and Tricare but still. Check your statements people!!
