Katie, the dental assistant, was very friendly and related to me because she had lost a retainer and told me some tips and tricks to prevent me from losing it again. The pricing was as affordable as it could be. Definitely the cheapest orthodontist office I've been to at the beach. I shopped around for a new permanent retainer and ended my journey here after I heard the price (almost a third of the price everyone else was looking for). Made an appointment as a new patient for routine cleaning. They told me no charge that today's services were covered by my insurance. My second appointment for the cleaning was not completely covered. I was told I needed a more advanced cleaning than what insurance covers. When I came back they used this water blaster device to clean under my gums and did the normal scraping and polishing. The entire cleaning didn't last 15 minutes. I was very suspect of the quality of service. When I left there I didn't feel that my teeth were cleaned very well - unlike the feeing I had after leaving my previous dentist. About a month later I received an invoice from them for the x-rays. When I called to inquire the woman who took my call was very rude, unwilling to resubmit the claim and hung up on me. I'm off to find another dentist. I would not recommend this place.

Desiree and AJ were professional and kind and so patient working as an awesome team with Dr. Storch. What a job they had to confront starting with the repair of my gums, to placing a splint behind my bottom teeth. All of this detailed work to save my teeth that were damaged and receding gums that most dentists would have just pulled my teeth. But Dr. Storch knew they were almost beyond repair from damage believed from chemo from breast cancer treatments. Add to that a biopsy needed to be done to check for jaw cancer. Insurance probably won't cover my bill. They would prefer that they pull my teeth and Dr. Storch believes he can save them. I have always taken care of my teeth!!! My regular visits to the dentist and braces when I was young. At 50 years old, and 4 years cancer free from breast cancer, removing my teeth and putting a bridge in, or implants, is a little too much to pile on. I definitely recommend this office (he has three locations) I just lucked out that my fantastic dentist, Dr. Selena Marchan (located in the shopping plaza off Atlantic Blvd by the Fresh Market) referred me to Dr. Storch. I can promise you this post is TRUE, because I would go under the knife before going for a teeth cleaning, (bad experience as a child) however her office and staff also make you as comfortable as you can be and work to take away any anxiety you may have going to the dentist. Dr. Marchan and her staff are also gentle, patient, and professional! I wouldn't wish this ordeal on anyone but, if ever you or someone you know finds themselves needing a dentist or specialist these are two I highly recommend!
