I get it - sometimes additional treatment is necessary, however, I am not in a position to move forward at this time. Instead of TREATING ME WITH RESPECT, I was ushered out. Dr Hashim went over my options for treatment and ways we can lessen my discomfort and stress. She explained thoroughly what needed to be done to bring my teeth back to a healthy state, while going over my X-rays. She is very thorough, professional and takes her time explaining. I was given a treatment plan for my deep scale cleanings, filling and crown with detailed itemization and options for payment. The pricing was fair for all I needed to have done and the woman presenting it answered all of my insurance questions. The star of the office for me is Raphael the hygienist, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, felt safe and explained every detail of what he was going to do. He is truly an angel! They took me right in the following day and swiftly and professionally examine my tooth and gave me very easy to understand information so that I can make a decision. I felt confident the doctor knew exactly what he was talking about. I took his advice to see I oral surgeon close to his office and they were equally great in resolving my issue.
