It leaked almost immediately, and workers caused damage to my walls, staircase, ceiling and trim. They also left a mess behind (debris and shingles were swept into flowerbeds). The gutter work is still not finished to this day, even though I paid for it and it was clearly included in the quote. I gave them multiple chances to fix everything before writing this review, but I've now gone months without any response with multiple followups. The crew was unprofessional -- some workers didn't speak English, misrepresented work being done, and were openly speaking negatively in Spanish in front of me. Christian was also extremely rude and dismissive. Overall: poor workmanship, damaged property, incomplete work, and zero accountability. Would not recommend.

After several days and many calls, a rep from RM showed up and recommended roof cables and said he wud send someone to clear the ice jam. They never showed up or returned my calls. I called another firm to remove the ice jam and they said they saw several problems w/the new roof and provided photos. Plus they said the roofing cables are ill advised , esp for the amount of snow we're getting in Toronto. I would not recommend roofing Monkeys to anyone.

After our roof was reshingled by them we suspected some water was leaking in from our dormer roof. We called Jordon to come back to take a look and he told us he couldn't come because he was out of town. We contacted another roofing company that came out and filled some nail pops and caulked around our chimney flashing. However, we continued to have water leak. We contacted Jordon again and he returned to the property and stated there was no issue with the roof and he believed the leaking was from our eaves and more caulking was needed around the chimney. My husband told him he would complete this work himself and did so. We even went as far as having the chimney reparged to attempt to stop the leaking because as per Jordan, the leaking was a non roofing issue. Despite all this, we've continued to have leaking from the dormer roof. My husband has not be able to reach Jordon since he came back to the property. This winter/spring we had extensive water damage. We have had to completely open up the exterior wall and ceiling of our bathroom from the water damage. When it rains we can continue to see water coming in from the dormer roof clear as day and have video footage of this. This is definitely a roofing issue despite what Jordan claims. My husband was able to reach him on his work phone and he stated he would come back out to the property and he ghosted. My husband was able to reach him again from his work phone and Jordon admitted to blocking his personal number "a long time ago." Then he proceeded to threaten him that if he messes with him he knows where he works now, "so fuck with him and find out." I am not sure what he means by this. I assume he means by leaving a review such as this or contacting the BBB or a lawyer. Clearly their 20 year warranty on workmanship means nothing and Jordon operates his business completely unprofessionally. We tried to give Jordan the opportunity to make things right and clearly he has no intent on doing so. I am leaving this review because I would hate for anyone else to be subjected to this and quite frankly Jordon does not deserve the business. Avoid this roofing company at all costs!!! I suspect Jordan will reply to this review and say that he has no idea who I am or what I am talking about or that I maybe even have the wrong company because that seems to be his common response to his poor reviews, but that's okay because I still have my receipt and I know I have the right company!

I called a number of roofers who were lining up jobs for a crazy amount of money and tell you that they can get to your leaking roof in the fall....that is outrageous! I took a chance and called "Justin's Leak free roofing" a cold call from a Yelp ad. It was one of the best cold calls that I've ever made!! I was so impressed by Justin and his administrative assistant Miro for their professionalism, reliability, and excellence in the quality of work. Justin fixed all of the broken wood planks (the others had covered up), showed us pictures of before and after each step of the all repairs and did a beautiful roofing job finishing with rake edging. The pricing was more than fair for this kind of detailing and quality. I never give reviews for any product or anyone, but Justin is worthy and deserving! After seeing the quality of his work, honesty, integrity and reliability, I highly recommend Justin. Our next door neighbours are really happy too (we're in a semi-detached and both of our sides done)! We'll be using him again, though we probably won't need him for some time! Finally the company asked us to sign a contract for more work on the roof to fix it. The company took the deposit for the work, but never did any work. The contract states "The Owner acknowledges that the usual commencement date for the Work (the "Work") is approximately four (4) weeks from the date of execution of this agreement, excluding weather delays, and may also commence at a later date due to seasonal high volumes and other factors outside of Dominion's control." It's been over 3 months since we signed to have the work done on our roof. The company does not return our calls. I would never do business with this company again, and I hope no one else ends up in the same situation as we did.

They dispatched an unsupervised subcontractor to repair a roof leak at my home. It was an absolute disaster. Using sub-standard materials and atrocious workmanship, he actively made the leak worse--all while manipulating me into paying nearly $1,000 for useless "repairs". When the leak immediately flooded again, the subcontractor tried to extort more money from me, blamed me for his failure, and aggressively pressured me to grant him entry to my home. When another company representative finally inspected the damage, he explicitly admitted the subcontractor's work was completely improper and revealed they had been forced to fire him due to a string of client complaints. Despite sending a rogue contractor who caused further damage, management took zero responsibility. The unaddressed breach forced me to pay thousands out of pocket to have the entire roof replaced by a competent contractor. Worst of all is their cowardice in customer service. A representative promised to discuss my reasonable request for reimbursing the wasted $950 and get back to me. They completely stonewalled me and never called back. Leaving a retired senior out of pocket for a disaster of their own creation and then ghosting them is disgraceful. Operating under the name "Integrity" while abandoning customers the moment a mistake is made is pure hypocrisy. Look elsewhere.

Without missing a beat, he provided me with a reasonable and competitive quote and Nick had his team start working on mine too (my roof is connected to my neighbour's). The team completed both of our roofs with high quality work and professionalism, and were extremely diligent in their clean-up. Then last week, I called Nick again to take a look at what appeared to be an issue with my roof. He actually remembered doing our job (even after 6 years!) and stopped by within 2 hours to take a look. He sent a couple of his guys with their ladder to check it out (it turned out to be a "stray" shingle that blew off of another neighbour's house, and no damage to my roof). I have been fighting with Nusite since September, 2016 in the hope they would step up and do the…read moreright thing by fixing the weeping tile job they botched in June 2016. I started with a damp basement and they gave me a WET one! Here are the nuts and bolts of how wrong their job went and the financial impact their carelessness has had. From the very first phone call after the flooding through all the months of stalls and flip/flops, Nusite has done nothing to actually fix my home. They offered excuses and contradictory reasons as to why the flooding was now happening ... Sure, they offered band-aid solutions ("We'll put in a sump pump for free.") Irresponsibly, they expected the foreman who lead the work to return to "fix" it (A "You Made This Mess" attitude) only firing him when months went by and nothing was done. Finally, they reluctantly agreed to a refund; however, they reneged on it a week later because they they didn't want to pay me back for the botched exterior work when my insurance company was now going after them for the damage caused in my INTERIOR basement: Damage and flooding that all inspecting parties agreed was caused by Nusite's poor work. At a financial burden, I consulted construction experts. I was told I needed to give Nusite the opportunity to fix their work, that the best I could do was to hire a structural engineer to assess and oversee their work and plan the repair. And so again, at extra expense, I hired the engineering firm recommended to me. After an investigative dig with the engineer and Nusite, the detailed report of November, 2016 was damning: Little to no parging; yellow jacket mesh, supposed to be encased, was left visible and not covered in the necessary water retardant; dimple boards had not adhered properly, etc, etc. The winter of 2016-2017 had Nusite and the engineer trying to hammer out a plan of action. But by May 2017, after months of too patiently hoping that Nusite would come through, I realized that they would only ever work on my property again with an eye to mitigating their financial losses. I had to start my research for a replacement company. I gave every prospect the engineer's report outlining how all previous work and materials needed to be removed and the whole job needed to be started from scratch. On Thursday, June 8th, a second weeping tile/waterproofing company finished the re-work of my house. They did amazing work and helped me document all the errors and deficiencies that Nusite left... Nusite is the worst company I have ever worked with both in quality, responsibility, and attitude. I have no confidence in Nusite and now feel they are only interested in themselves and their bottom line. Don't just walk away from them: Run!
