Whether you're a first-timer at the ship or a designated Ship veteran and long time customer, you will always feel at home. The staff is amazing and very friendly. They always make sure to go out of their way to ensure you receive the best service possible. The food is fantastic! I would highly suggest ordering the mountain burger or even the ribs (they melt in your mouth!). The Ship is also a great place to go when you are looking for some entertainment at night and are tired of the whole club scene in Ibiza. it provides a small, yet intimate setting for live entertainment, bands, DJ's and you can even catch your favorite sporting event on TV. If you don't know your way around the area, don't worry about it...The Ship is easy to find! You simply walk up from the water Fountains at the bottom of the West End, the street that is lined with Bars and Pubs, walk up the street and it will lead you to a square at the top with a few trees in the middle, a hopscotch board, and a big fountain structure (usually with no water running). From this square all you need to do is look to your left and you will see the sign for The Ship and most likely some Picnic tables and customers. I would definitely suggest the Ship as a great place to meet with friends, have a drink, grab some food and even look for a job. There's no denying that the Ship in Ibiza has a little something for everyone!

We sent the Carbonara back, and I forced as much of the Spaghetti with Clams down as I could since I was starving after our flight in, but couldn't finish about half of it. They apologized profusely over and over again, but still charged us for the uneaten dish that was sent back.

A lot of us got our own plates, but I was able to try one or two other dishes. I shared a vegetarian pizza and their handmade tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms with my friend. My friend has a gluten allergy, so the restaurant was able to make the pizza and pasta using gluten free dough! The other things I was able to try were my friends' burger (came with potato wedges) and the caprese salad. The pizza that came out was huge! It came in 4 giant slices. The vegetables were delicious -- there were mushrooms, eggplant, tomatoes, and peppers. All on thin sliced pizzaaa. I ate 1.5 slices and some tagliatelle after. The quality of the pasta was good, but the sauce definitely needed some salt and pepper. The restaurant (and most places in Ibiza) do not have hot sauce to add. I tried a piece of the burger and it was only okay -- the hot potato wedges were great though! The caprese salad was not very memorable , but I do remember that it was refreshing. We also ordered a dessert -- something creamy. I remember that it didn't hold its shape and was very liquidy. This was for the birthday boy, and he didnt really like it. Ibiza restaurants do charge for water, so we were careful to make sure we did not order a lot of water from this restaurant. Their water pitchers are a bit small, so that was a bit disheartening. Their water "pitchers" were more like small vases, so each one would pour about 2.5 glasses of water. I recommend getting their pastas and pizzas since they are supposed to be more of an Italian restaurant. Overall, this place was about a 3.5. I bumped it to 4 because they stayed open late for us and was very accommodating to our needs -- such as gluten allergies and answering all of our questions.
