I was not welcomed properly. I waited and waited to have them call my name. Meanwhile there were several people that were waiting that were walk-ins. When a gentleman that came in way after my scheduled appt time was taken in for his cut before me I went to the desk and said "he was a walk-in that came in after me and I had a scheduled appt". Her response was "he won't take as long as you". No excuse.....I was only scheduled for a "express cut". So when I had been there just short of a hour, I told the gal I wasn't waiting any longer and I left. I won't go back.
