This is completely unacceptable for an established patient, especially for a non-controlled substance. I stopped there on my way to word at 630pm to see if it was ready and was told "you can come in and wait for 30minutes and it should be ready." By 9pm It still wasn't ready so I called and after being on hold for 19minutes, the tech told me 15 minutes. I took my break at work early n ran across the street to pick it up before they closed and at 945pm it still wasn't ready and I had to wait even more. Horrible costumer service and no efficiency whatsoever. Go to literally any other pharmacy unless you want to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a medication that should realistically only take 1-2 hours to fill.

The pharmacy gave my wife the wrong prescription without even noticing it for another person with the same name and when she returned it to them, they were pretty apathetic about it. No harm no foul in their eyes. The line isn't horrible like the Ballenger Highway store, but it isn't quick, either. The nicest guy in the world is often working the front checkout at this one. He usually asks me about my day, what my weekend plans were, how's the weather. The lines are usually shorter and the store is cleaner and more well-organized, plus their clearance sections are usually filled with good sales. They seem to have a better handle on the panhandler drama than some of the other stores and you don't see it often in the parking lot. Convenient location, adequate parking, nice employees, but longer hours would be nice.

Since there were several people waiting I didn't want to go back and forth anymore with the employee and just paid the extra $20. For one illegal billing, billing what ever insurance will go through instead of the correct primary…read moreins follow by the secondary and medicaid last resort. but instead billing territory then medicaid which is illegal. making rude comments because my daughter has four insurances. charging her for medical supply that per medicaid is covered 100% like dexcoms. this place at one time was very personal and very caring. now you have to constantly stay on top of the pharmacy to make sure they are billing insurance correctly and billing all insurances. each time for the same medication depending on the pharmacist depends if a script is covered when all insurances are ran properly or because for what ever reason the pharmacist does not know how to bill the insurances correctly then charges us for scripts that where covered 100% from the last month pharmacist. And excuses do not line up each time. Last time I was told by a rude lady pharmacist at Union on 11/3/25 that she put whatever insurance goes through then bills medicaid. which medicaid is the last resort and should be, so beware that there is some shady billing going on with some of the pharmacist. And we have other friends that get the same scripts that we pay for that the friends don't pay for like the dexcom. And yes the friends daughter has BCBS and then medicaid as the same as my daughter. Yes going some where else but the customer service has went way down from the previous years. Each time we have to tell them how to run our insurances why are they not putting notes in the file so they know how to run the insurances each time. And why does one pharmacist care and does the billing correctly. And the other pharmacist does not care or see that you can not pick and choose which insurance you bill. this is wrong.
