This pharmacy never has my medications in stock. I always have to wait past the date they are due. Now I need a prescription again and somehow it has been shipped from Arizona? Again, I am out of my medication now and can't get it because they have already billed it and had it set up for delivery. I am so tired of dealing with this pharmacy. We will be changing pharmacies today. We're finished with all the b.s. with Walgreens. I was even given the corporate phone number to figure out where my prescription and they were just as nonchalant as the store was. DONE!!! read more

The person working the drive up pharmacy window today was most unpleasant. Told me they were out of my script when I had already received confirmation that it was ready to be picked up. Watched them take medication out of another person's bag to give to me. I will not be returning to Walgreens Corunna Road. read more

Definitely better than the Ballenger Highway location, but the pharmacy still does not seem to have its act together. The pharmacy gave my wife the wrong prescription without even noticing it for another person with the same name and when she returned it to them, they were pretty apathetic about it. No harm no foul in their eyes. The line isn't horrible like the Ballenger Highway store, but it isn't quick, either. The nicest guy in the world is often working the front checkout at this one. He usually asks me about my day, what my weekend plans were, how's the weather. The lines are usually shorter and the store is cleaner and more well-organized, plus their clearance sections are usually filled with good sales. They seem to have a better handle on the panhandler drama than some of the other stores and you don't see it often in the parking lot. Convenient location, adequate parking, nice employees, but longer hours would be nice. read more

The worst walgreens ever! I have had photo pickup and pharmacy drive thru here. I have also done the curbside. When I had photo pickup, my order said it was on the way out but after waiting 20 minutes, I checked again in app said now my order was canceled and the store was closed. It was not. I went in and the female employee was too busy with the male employee behind a shelf in an empty store. They knew what I was coming in for because he said "oh that's the photo pickup I put back on the shelf" I said someone cancelled it in the app and that the store is closed. She said we can't do that. Well they did, because it was raining they didn't want to go outside. Then everytime I go thrift pharmacy drive thru I have an issue when the red hair woman is working. She always needs me to repeat what I say 3 or 4 times. I have to give every piece of my confidential information. I have to give my license and insurance card. Then I have to repeat it all again the next 4 or 5 times she comes back to the window. People are ill, just done feel well, have sick children and spouses. If we have the name and birthdays, why do I need to give everything else?? Phone. Address. City. Zip code. Id. Insurance. Why?? Thats insane. This last time it took 45 minutes in the drive thru. That's unreal and ludicrous. I will not come back here. Like I said no one cares. Not the management because I have wrote letter and no one responded. Not the employees, because they do not apologize for any inconvenience either. read more

They both went above and beyond to sort out issues with a prescription I needed due to delays on medical procedures because of coronavirus. Thank God for amazing people like them.
