This place is small, there is typically never a wait to drop off, or pick up. The staff is friendly enough, and they've even refilled things for me when my prescription wasn't renewed. I had a week in between when my doctor could see me and my thyroid medication was gone. So the pharmacist spotted me enough to last me that time. Which was very nice, a corporate or chain pharmacy likely wouldn't do something like that. They sell your typical drugstore stuff, but really all I use them for is the pharmacy. It's so much better than Meijers, or Walgreens!

They let me wait in the pharmacy for over an hour, after telling me it would only be 1 or 2 minutes longer. Meanwhile, I am coughing up a lung which makes me really dizzy since I have had 3 brain surgeries. When I said that I could no longer wait because I have a fever, chills, and was sweating everywhere, the pharmacist finally tells me that she is waiting for my Dr to call her back to verify the prescription. When I asked why she didn't tell me that 45 minutes ago when she first told me it would only be a few minutes she was very rude and said she was busy. I understand needing to verify a prescription but come on, have a little respect for people's time and health situation. Communication is key and this pharmacy has terrible communication and horrible customer service.
