I came here from one of the local "community mega-churches" and felt at home my first visit. The church is the people, and the people here treat every person as a fellow brother or sister. The atmosphere is very welcoming, but you WILL hear the truth from the pulpit. I would invite anyone interested to come visit.

It was quite a nice spread of donuts, cereals, pop tarts, danish and drinks. Kids went to Sunday School in one building and we were in another. We all enjoyed the classes. The service was nice. It was full and the service varied in the music style. Again, the people we met were just super. We have also attended an Easter event, and the Memorial Day weekend picnic held at a member's house. The church offered bus service from the parking lot to the home since parking would be tight. Our experiences here have been wonderful and if you are in the area would recommend you check it out for services.

You have to have a connection to the University in order to utilize this facility. It is used for memorial services, weddings, campus group functions and other special occasions. Its is a nice and comfortable feeling chapel with enough room for smaller functions. We were here for the funeral service for for a Vietnam Vet who was on the college board. Our group, the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR, look us up on Google and YouTube for what we do) were invited to provide an Honor Guard detail along with other groups such as the Combat Vets Motorcycle Club and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) who performed the flag ceremony. We want to thank the staff for allowing us the honor to participate in this service for one of America's heroes.
