I've not had a bank account with these rude people very long I'm sure the other branches are not as…read morerude as the branch on highway 44 in Shepherdsville but Everytime I have to call my branch I dread it because the manager at this one location is completely rude as hell Everytime I have talked to her she is just a straight up bitch so there for I'm going to close my account and go to a different bank and not have to worry about getting talked to sideways Everytime and also I think I shouldn't have to explain to a bank when I am getting deposites or ask permission to buy something I want and so I would recommend don't go to the highway 44 branch try the one down the street on north buckman street they are nice people sojust saying if you're not loaded with money I would not recommend it

Pretty much it's going to come down to a convenient location, friendly staff and and that little bit of extra that draws you in. At the beginning of 2017 I left my old bank which was a few miles away from my house and that I had been at for 12 years, to come to Park Community. I will say that this branch isn't the most convenient bank for where I live. For the extra little travel time it is for sure worth the 15 minute drive to become a Shepherdsville Park Community member. The staff at the Shepherdsville Park Community Credit Union is more welcoming than any bank I've ever been to. Coming into the bank you will not find a speck of dirt anywhere. A very warm and comfortable atmosphere greats you coming through the foyer. It's nice to be greeted by your name as soon as you walk through the door. There is rarely a long line due to the knowledgeable tellers. They are able to process your transactions quickly and accurately, all while projecting a positive, friendly and energetic attitude. They are quick with a "happy birthday" on your special day and just might have something for you! That little extra that they give you. Most days something is happening. They're is always coffee and some sort of snack set out for members. Around any holiday you can count on the staff to be dressed for the occasion and have extra treats available for you. If there is a problem they are quick to solve it. If you are looking for the best bank around, this is your place!!!

This particular office of Chase Bank is like an upgraded ATM with two live bankers. Here they have…read morelet go of the teller role, which makes this old cashier nervous. But Alejandra reassured me that several of the other locations do have tellers - so I am thinking of this location as an ATM+. As Alejandra - one of the personal bankers - walked by me, I quickly shouted my question: "Is there any way I can get a new account without a picture ID?" Alejandra was just about as sweet and engaging as you can be when the answer is simply, "No". "How else can somebody send me money? I have lost my wallet and don't have any of my ID's or any cash!" There followed a maybe three-minute, very helpful brainstorming session between Alejandra and me and the young guy who she had come out of the office to help - who turned out to be another employee, Alston, on an off day. It was Alston who came up with the idea of using the Apple Pay on my phone. I think that is going to somehow play a role in solving my dilemma. Alston and Alejandra were both great at customer service and also very good problem-solvers. I would be delighted to have either of them as my cashier or my personal banker.
