My tenants did not have a/c today and nothing was fixed by this company. I understand sometimes systems are old, but I hate contractors who instead of figuring out a solution to a problem they just suggest replacing an entire system costing a consumer thousands of dollars. They did not seem like they knew about a/c repair and I feel misled. Also they told me on the phone it would be a free estimate and then charged me a $125 service fee. I payed it because I don't feel like arguing but this is not a company I would recommend doing business with.
