Then they want to put you on a maintenance plan before your issue is corrected, which will never happen because they have no intention of correcting your problem. They just want you to keep coming back and get more money. Their maintenance plan is once a week!!!! Please save yourself time and money and go to a real chiropractor where they evaluate you after each visit. Maintenance is every 6 weeks which is normal. If you don't know anything about chiropractor care this place will make your issue ten times worse then when you walked in the door and you will be out at least $500 or more!!!

In order to be seen I had to give up all my visits with my current (walk in) doctor in order to be seen and then I had to wait a few weeks for an appt. All fine, but then I had an injury the week of my appt so I figured I could deal until then as I would have had to self pay to see my previous doctor. I was re-injured the day before my scheduled visit only to have the visit cancelled due to office illness. Fine, it happens. I went to the ER because the pain was unbearable. I was hoping I would be fit in asap the following Monday or Tuesday as the appointment had been cancelled by the office not me. That certainly had been my experience any other office I have been involved with. I was very surprised to find out I could only bee seen 10 days later. This was after I had informed them that I had an active injury and had just been seen by the ER that night. I would think a delay of 10 days could cause potential further injury, they did not seem concerned in the least. I would just give it a thought if you are not in a position to have such delays in care. I am hoping this is just because I was a new patient and that established patients would be handled differently.

This same hip had already gone through a replacement and was not an option for surgery. I felt helpless.
