So this is the conversation:…read more "I need to find out how big this bolt is, if It is 40MM, then I won't need to purchase that, but if it ISN'T 40MM, then I need to purchase two 40MM and two 15MM bolts with the nuts." This is when I got passed off to someone else. He then passed me off to yet ANOTHER person. By the time I talked to 4 people (It took a half an hour-for a couple of screws!!)I left with whatever I needed...or did I? I realized that by the time I was almost home, they sent me how with one set of nuts not TWO. My head was spinning by the time I left so I didn't notice they forgot the 40MM bolts. And I am still not sure the kid I was talking to wasn't a drug addict...BUT they have always been a pleasant experience in the past, so I gave them two stars. I was hoping to find someone at least knowledgeable on the type of soil I should get. Instead, I found Marsha, who was a complete houseplant expert. She advised me not only on the type of soil, but also a larger container, how to detangle the roots from the old soil, how many inches of dry soil to put into the new container for the potting, and how to fill the rest of the soil and "punch it." I had originally gone to a greenhouse this morning to get this type of advice, but they were not open. I was beyond surprised to get this level of service and knowledge from my local Home Depot.
