This is when I got passed off to someone else. He then passed me off to yet ANOTHER person. By the time I talked to 4 people (It took a half an hour-for a couple of screws!!)I left with whatever I needed...or did I? I realized that by the time I was almost home, they sent me how with one set of nuts not TWO. My head was spinning by the time I left so I didn't notice they forgot the 40MM bolts. And I am still not sure the kid I was talking to wasn't a drug addict...BUT they have always been a pleasant experience in the past, so I gave them two stars. Brought my Ariens snowblower differential gear into the shop for inspection for wear. The mechanic looked at it and didn't think this was the problem, he suggested to look at the sprocket bushings, a common failure item. Turned out it was the bushings ($6 part). Saved me the expense of the differential part ($160 part). Good to know that they are not looking to sell you expensive parts that are not the problem. Trust in repair service is rare these days.
