I called on a Thursday afternoon & spoke with Erica. I needed to get in to see her the next day & hooray, she had openings! At 1 PM the next day, I walked right in & met with her - no waiting. She was very pleasant & didn't make any promises on work & was very realistic about pay & openings. I had to update my information from DC & thankfully, everything is online. NO PAPERWORK! This makes me SO happy. Upon completing that & watching the safety video, she introduced me to three other recruiters, who I chatted with briefly. One of the recruiters actually had a job that he put me in for that same day! I did have a phone interview, but never heard back about the outcome, which obviously, I wasn't chosen, since I didn't get a call. They validate parking (for an hour) which is awesome! They utilize the Bank of Atlanta parking garage, right behind the building.

If my experience was isolated, this review wouldn't exist. But it's like pulling teeth to get any information out of these people. The person who works in Atlanta doing benefits nationwide responds in one word responses and won't bother with a follow up when you ask for clarification. I've had teammates left without health insurance, had to fight for maternity leave while caring for a new born, or left hanging. These people could care less. So when your recruiter tells you the low wage offered at Aquent is because you get full benefits, don't buy it. Just trying to get the benefits is a nightmare.

If they get your social security card and or number without you getting a job-Not just an interview, REPORT THEM. You can do a search for social security office of Inspector General. This is fraud and you can call them if you are not sure. Same thing with I-9, search I-9 no job offer. Government sites end in .gov. They are not trying to hire anyone just collect personal information off of unsuspecting people who are looking for a job.
