My session with Timothy Lo altered my whole perspective on showing myself off in my resume. He pointed out that while my formatting looked good, my resume sounded like a series of job descriptions and an archive of my work history, when it really should function as a selling tool to get me in front of the right person and make the candidate search as frictionless as possible.
