What a wonderful medical group! They are VERY accommodating (my husband and I have tricky…read moreschedules, and our pets have a LOT of special needs) and efficient, but that is not what makes them so special. The doctors, vet techs, vet assistants, groomers, and even the people in reception are warm and friendly and CARING, especially Holly, Mel B. (Our kitty Reggie is in LOVE with her!) and Drs. Walker and Mitzi. They all listened to our questions and concerns, and they treated us with kindness and patience. It is clear that they wanted us to understand every part of the appointment, and they made sure to get our informed consent about entry procedure or treatment. And the way they treat our kitties? Amazing. After every appointment, they called us "just to check in with how the patients are doing". You can really tell that they love animals. On a sad note, we recently lost out 16 year-old cat to cancer (he was being treated by an amazing oncologist at MedVet, by the way). When we had him put to sleep at Medvet (see my other review for THAT horror story), the folks at Bartels and Busack sent us condolences and a sympathy card even though they were not the ones who euthanized him. Their tech, Vince, was especially sympathetic and compassionate. Thank you for the comfort, B and B.

When I did have an emergency during hours and I thought my dog was dying, they wanted to charge me a $200 fee to have it reviewed by their board to see if they could get her in. I never went back. You'll also wait 30 minutes to see a doctor every time you go there. Why don't they just adjust their appointment times? Don't know. You'd think they'd provide top tier service with the prices they charge.

My dog Piper just spent…read more3 Nights and 3 days there and came back with with marks on here face that look like she was muzzled and lethargic like she was given something to sedate here. When I sent the Pictures of her face and then video of here struggling to keep her eyes open after speaking with the Manager all I got was excuse after excuse of well for her mouth sores it could be skin irritation from Metal food bowl, WTF. Than it was it could be here teeth tubbing against he lower mouth, again WTF. My dog is 8 yrs old and never ever had this happen and those iritations were not there when I dropped her off. As for her being lethargic again it was just a excuse because it was well my dog acts this way and that way. My dog thank god is ok today but I will never ever step foot in this facility ever again and if you love your dogs and I am sure you do please seek an alternate boarding facility.

They give you updates throughout your dogs stay, spend lots of quality time with the dogs, and my dog always comes home tired from all the fun he has had. At the end of the stay, you get a "report card" letting you know how everything went. They also are extremely friendly and do everything to make you comfortable about leaving your fur baby. I can't recommend them enough.

Rehabilitating our pups after their last trainer shut them down, hurt them, and made them severely fearful. Our last training experience was nothing short of traumatic. And I was SO scared to start again. After thousand of dollar down the drain and a year of training, i felt as though my dogs were was less confident and completely fearful. After only a couple sessions with Claire, it is night and DAY. My dogs are HAPPY to train! They are in rooms with strange dogs and already making HUGE strides in scent work! I could genuinely cry seeing my pups and how happy they are after seeing their last trainer spin them around by their necks!!! Now they get treats and pets and toys and clear communication! And they are so EXCITED! We just purchase a full package of sessions with Clare and I can't wait to move forward and watch my dogs AND me gain our confidence back.
