The staff kept me in the loop the entire time, which really gave me peace of mind while my dog was there. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about the animals. One thing I didn't like immediately when I first got there was they take the dogs to the back and you don't get to see where they're taking them or what the room or crate area looks like where they are being kept. When I got back in town and brought my dog home, I noticed he had cuts on his genital area that look like razor cuts and blood in his stool and also I didn't realize it at first but after a couple days I saw where his back paw had a cut on it. Also, I posted a review before which I don't see up here anymore and after I posted the review, I spoke to Catherine at pet suites. She responded to me and said she saw the review that I had left and I explained to her what my findings were she said that she immediately tried to look at the cameras and wherever they were keeping him, he was out of view of the camera, and she said that she was offended that I asked her to keep an eye out for her staff. She said that my dog could have caused his own wounds from licking himself. I have had my dog since he was 12 weeks old and he is four years old now and he has never caused any wounds from licking himself. Also, I don't believe that they were taking the dogs out three times a day because my dog was fully potty trained and had to be retrained when I brought him home. He had a couple of accidents where he used the bathroom in the house and he wasn't doing that before. If I could give this place zero stars I would, but I had to at least give them one star in order to post this.
