Here is the problem we had with this agency. We don't like being lied to by the people that are…read moresupposed to be helping us. Moved to PTC from the Seattle area this summer and found a house that was being sold by Tamara Bourne's team. Maybe that was part of the problem when they represented both buyer and seller. We were told: 1) They would paint the whole interior of the house (they only painted a few rooms with the cheapest paint on the market and there were marks all over the walls that were totally unacceptable) 2) When we needed to move the closing date they told us the seller would pretty much walk if we didn't pay her closing costs (the seller told us that she had no problem changing the date by a few days) 3) The agency flat out lied to us about some other issues that the seller disputed and when we discovered the lies -we were told that the seller had dementia and not to believe her (seller very lucid and agency did not like getting caught in a lie). So over all we lost 5K in closing costs that we didn't need to and another 5K in painting the house that they said they were going to do and then backed out. If we were the kind of people that like to sue..... well.
