We paid over $8,000 that day and they also signed us up for their maintenance plan with a monthly fee. I called to schedule servic, they told me someone would call me back and confirmed my phone number. Nobody called, no appointment was offered or confirmed and a tech showed up at our house when no was home. When I called to question why they would send out a tech without scheduling or confirming an appointment the woman argued with me and then hung up on me. God is so good though, my neighbors fence is warped and the quality of the work is not good. The inspector made comments about no moisture barrier yet had pictures that clearly showed the barrier. He further noted that the floors in this 105 yr old house had been jacked up but he didn't see the metal adjustable jacks and suggested having a structural engineer to verify. Meanwhile he took a photo of the permanent concrete and beam supports that were installed once floors were jacked to ensure the floors were secured. He was unable to properly operate 2 window unit ac's so the homeowner had to do his job for him. Again, he couldn't figure out how to turn on the light in a ceiling fan and the homeowner had to show him. While seeing that it worked just fine, he still marked it as inoperable. He stated he saw active termite infestation throughout as well as ants crawling into the foundation because they sometimes eat termite larvae. An hour later when the termite inspector came out he stated that there was no active termites and that there was some older evidence that had already been treated and scraped. He noted the moisture barrier being in place and even commented that it was a well built home. Inspector also noted "minor cracks" in the settlement of this 105 yr old home. Imagine that! He made notes on things that "may happen" instead of true findings. I mean at the end of the day, a plane "may" fall on the house and dent the new roof! Should we also consult the FAA? I'm not sure what the buyers paid, but sadly the fear and this ridiculous report cost them everything.

I spoke with Jim Schmidt, after he listened to my situation he offered several options some within my budget and others that was manageable. He explained each option and also sent me email with the options. Jim listened and was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. We scheduled the diagnostic appointment, the tech was on time and very friendly, he answered all of my questions and gave me the problem from the diagnostic, the problem was my air handler and the air unit outside. I spoke with Jim about pricing and he worked out manageable price for the parts, labor and installation, after we schedule an appointment to fit my schedule. Upon arrival, I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner the techs explained to me what they would be doing and about how long it would take to complete the work.
