She was short with a bob like bobs are for baddies not mean people. For starters she snatched the clothes from me, proceeded to not talk at all, she did not say you're welcome when I thanked her for her help, and had major attitude. Secondly, this is most likely company policy but why do we count items that are a set or connected to eachother as two things? It's not my choice that they're stuck together and it's a pain to try on anyways. I only ever want one piece out of the two and sometimes there will be one item on a hanger then at checkout it's suddenly supposed to be a set so I offer to pay full price and I can't get it??? Ridiculous. Back to the story, When I reached my ten item limit I still had more clothes and the lady shoved an item back in my hands and in the rudest way told me to leave it in my cart. When we asked to exchange things in our cart that we'd rather try on first to not make two trips she said NO, like what was the point of saying no are you genuinely that mean? I wish I was the only person this happened to but the lady also slammed down another girls shorts on a chair. I understand policy and not exceeding the limit but be kind about explaining it, I don't work there! Especially if we count sets as two separate items then they should be sold SEPARATELY. Unfortunately that's not all, what really took the cake was the fact that when I got out of the dressing room the woman took all of the things in my cart and hung them up after she told me I had to leave them. Imagine the utter shock on my face when my cart disappeared... I'm not at TJ magic show! The lady wanted to make my cart and clothes disappear... well I have a trick it's called KINDNESS. Tj max alone and every other worker there deserves a 5 star but consider your employees and maybe work on how we treat other people and customer service. I hope my review doesn't affect the GOOD employees or the clothes I so adore, but seriously 2 stars was generous.

The water features are very relaxing and beautiful. This truly is a place that grounds and centers me and is a wonderful place to spend some quality time window shopping. Stores include Louis Vuitton, Hermes,Saks Fifth Avenue, Tiffany, Lululemon, Apple, and Gucci to name a few. They offer covered garage parking which is a plus during the summer months. This by far is one of my favorite shopping malls not so much for shopping but to just relax along with a side of retail therapy.

After buying an expensive fragrance, it's nice to see the clerk wrap it carefully, so you can get it home without breaking it. The one and only time I ordered a fragrance online, it was half empty due to a leak, by the time it was delivered. Macy is always a fun place to shop and even more so during the Holidays. They offer some amazing deals and their gift sets of fragrance and makeup are an annual treat. They have friendly sales staff and it's easy to spend time there, looking for something special to keep or give as a gift. The store is in a good location and parking is super easy. Wishing Macys the best in the New Year, the discounted shopping stores can't compare with Macys quality and value.

And just all around was not very friendly. She then seen I guess their manager Greg which same thing barley even looked at the suit case. Didn't even look at me in the face & said its dusty cause of the work they are doing, which again (understandable) I was also pointing out the scratches & hardware issues which he didn't even look twice at and stated nope we not issuing a discount (said this while walking away & proceeded to get on the phone). Which is fine, i didn't come here for a discount but doesn't hurt to ask. Especially because clearly the item is NOT up to par! I came here on a fast tip and had no choice but to buy it. Which I know isn't a deal breaker for most, but its a minor annoyance for myself. Other then that, the store is just like any other Walmart, having cheap produce and essential groceries. Their organic protein drinks I use for work are awesome and plenty of personal care goods. They also have the best prices for Amy's organic and gluten free frozen foods. Many other gf and vegetarian choices available There is a deli and frozen ice cream cakes for that last minute bday recognition you almost forgot. They even have a souvenir section with TShirts, towels, magnets, of Naples. Of course there is also the evil candy and cookie aisles. Check out is usually quick, and the cashiers are usually hit or miss. Not that they are mean, just some obviously rather be elsewhere and NOT working. There is also a self check out. It's all good enough to tempt me to stop, then with the money I save I go a few stores down and buy some gifts for myself!
