It was on clearance and I was unable to find matching slacks. I was going to return it but when I called the representative said to keep it and they would credit my account. To my surprise I received a full credit in two days! A few weeks later I brought the coat to the store to see if I could find a pair of slacks close in color. My salesman spent 15+ minutes online looking and found the matching pants, however I had to purchase them online. He assisted me with the purchase, discovered that they were on clearance and waived the delivery fee! I received them today and a perfect match. I still need a shirt, tie and shoes and you know I will be back! Kudos to the service, selection and value. You have won me over as a lifetime customer.

The Talbots outlets as a whole have decent prices, but their sales are what really set them apart. 60% off clearance merchandise? Yes, please. The merchandise in each store, however, differs, and this particular Talbots never seems to have the really deeply discounted clothes that I've seen at other outlets in the past. That doesn't mean there aren't some good deals here, but it pays to be local and shop there often to really find the best bargains. The service here is, however, some of the best I've seen anywhere. The ladies at this Talbots have been here since they opened, and they not only know their products well, but they get to know their regular customers and their needs. They will ask me about my mother, point out things they think I might like, and let me know what's coming for the store. I appreciate their help every time I'm in there, and I'm one of those shoppers who really doesn't like being smothered by overly attentive service. When this outlet mall is really busy with tourists and snowbirds, the store can tend to get a bit messy simply because of the volume of people coming in and out. The ladies do their best to keep it looking neat, but it's still a bit on the bedraggled side some days. Still, it's very worth a stop to see what's on sale and to stock up on basics.

Although scrubs were not available in store, Gabby offered to process the return and place the order for the next size up for me ensuring the same price. She was even willing to price match the sale I had found online for another item, AND even was able to order the men's Don pant in the color sold out online. But again, they'd cost even more shipping directly through those brands so you have to think of trade offs. They have a little bit of everything here too. A huge section of all kinds of clothing, a quarter of the store is aisles and aisles of shoes; there is a big section of designer purses, perfumes, sunglasses, jewelry, hair supplies and toiletries/ skincare stuff. There's a nice men's section that has a shelf of watches, ties, suit pieces and other things. Even a small home goods section. If you have kids there's a section for them too.
