To be fair the store does offer a wide variety of products, customer service isn't one of them. Very tiny bargain chain store that I have been to. I have been to many Ollie. This is the smallest in square footage that I have been to. That translates the carry goods is not complete in compare to many Ollie. One negative about the store is the movement of the hood that no one want will stay on for long time. As a result, lack of new items to display. The store has food, pot, pet items, furniture, rugs, electronics, toys, food, and more. Parking is convenient to to store but the exit to parking is a bit challenging. read more

This store has grown on me a lot! I go whenever I stop in at Sunrise Eatery. I like to first look at their toiletries. I feel like their deodorants, toothpastes, hair stuff are cheaper than big lots. If you are pretty versed with the prices, you can make a pretty good decision. I like to make my rounds through the aisles and yes some prices will be higher, some lower just like anywhere. I'm impressed at how much they have in the back like big house stuff like rugs and some smaller furniture, mattresses. I thought it was amusing but interesting that they had wedding gowns. Anyone looking for a wedding gown, go to Ollie's. They have house stuff such as appliances, linens, etc., garden stuff, holiday stuff and toys for the big and little Kids. Who doesn't like to rummage through bargain bins and oddball merchandise? For most, a trip to Ollie's is akin to a scavenger hunt. You have a shopping list, or a virtual one in your head. But, you know darn good and well that you just might find something NOT on your list. Something really COOL. Something you didn't think you needed, or wanted...until you see it at Ollie's, at a discounted price. I admit I like drifting down the aisles of oddities. I enjoy eyeing the inventory. You never know what you'll find. But buy it now, cuz it may not be a stocked item on your next trip! I do have one minor complaint. I've never done a return to Ollie's, until yesterday. The Return Desk is just one of the regular Check Out lanes. There was a line. So, when I finally got to the cashier I explained I had a return, plus I was buying another Ollie goodie. The clerk was being helped by another clerk. They asked if I had an Ollie's Card? Not sure what that had to do with my return, I answered No. They proceeded to issue me one. I said I didn't care for one, but they continued anyways. They asked for my email address, to which I said No. They asked for my phone number, to which I said No. Hey, I'm just trying to return an unsafe cat toy, valued at $6.99. I don't want OR need anymore spam in my email box, or texts. Please. Then they asked for my Driver's License. I was a bit miffed at this point but I know quite a few businesses ask for that while making a return, so I obliged. No problem. As I was leaving the one clerk was very nice and pleasant to me. I have been coming to this location since it opened years ago. The selection at Ollie's is not what it used to be. The food selection is okay. The baking and cooking aisles are always jammed packed with a great selection of items to restock your pantry with spices, oils, and whatever else you may need. The housewares area is a whole lot smaller than what it was in the past. There are limited number of choices and the quality is low. I was not able to find any of the items I came in for. The kids section is huge right now. It is the holiday season. The customer service was fine for the one person working in the entire store. She was friendly and patient when I son was buying his toy. read more

Ollies is great. I buy a lot of books there, spices, stationary, kitchen items, home goods, etc. I'd probably compare to big lots in a sense that you never are really sure of what cool stuff came in the truck to be sold m, but I think that's kind of the fun part too as every time I go in I see something different. I definitely recommend the book aisle if you're looking for cheap, but new books! read more

My mom and I visited Ollie's over the weekend. She loves the place and wanted me to check it out. Right after walking in, I was surprised to see a large book area with all sorts of different books to choose from. Most just costing around $3 with great options for kids and adults. We also browsed the kitchen appliance area and yes, you will find some great bargains here! Ollie's has quite a range of things from shampoo to hardwood flooring. The store did seem a little messy in some areas but that may just be come with the warehouse setting. I didn't see any staff working the floor but the cashier was friendly and parking was easy enough. read more

CAUTION! By the look & name of the store, one would think that they have dirt-cheap prices, but that is NOT always the case. Sometimes they are super high compared to other nearby stores. Some of their items are at the same pricing you will find at a typical dollar store. Recently needed some hornet/wasp spray. Ollie's was 40% HIGHER than Rural King right up the street! Must be an aware shopper and not let the look of this place take advantage of your wallet. read more

Think Big Lots meets warehouse store. It's similar to Big Lots as far as pricing and finding great deals. Large selection of books, groceries, toiletries, car stuff, mattresses, gardening and beach things, towels, small appliances, toys, and bedding just to name a few things. I went to this place around the Christmas holidays. Cannot review any products they sell because I was in there for only a few minutes. Does the fire department in Florida ever check these places out. If a fire was to happen I do not think any people would survive. There was no room in the aisles to maneuver carts. The floors were covered with empty cartons of all sizes and shapes, etc. I realize that the shoppers caused these problems but where were the employees. read more

My husband and I were just there and we waited in line for 15 minutes because the cashier Ed didn't know what he was doing, the manager came and my husband said if we weren't checked out soon we would leave the manager decided to say BYE what happened to their "commandment" THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT? I won't EVER be back to this place if that's how they treat paying customers. I would give them a big fat ZERO as a review! read more

You get what you pay for. I bought these about two weeks ago. My son uses the "one cup" one to scoop oatmeal and the handle snaps off. About the third time it's been used. So sure, if you like cheap junk, this is the place for you. read more
