Prior to my session, I was feeling anxious, depressed, feelings of doom, and significant pressure in my throat area. The pressure in my throat area had been very unbearable for years. During the session, I was in a very relaxed and meditative state. I truly felt like I was on a cloud. When the session was over I felt so light and free. I noticed a significant difference immediately after the session was over, and the pressure in my throat area was eliminated! I also feel so much more optimistic about life! I explained that I couldn't come later due to evening conflicts so they cancelled my appointment. Super disappointed in the lack of professionalism, especially since I booked here on the recommendation of my acupuncturist who works in the same space. Time management is important as is my time. I'm now left without a much needed massage at the last minute after having planned out my typically busy evening. The lack of respect shown for my time vs their time is something that I can't look past in a business.
