The Siloam Springs shop recently moved to Springdale. That is this coffee shop. They are the third owners in this location after two businesses failed (one 5-star restaurant; one coffee shop). As for the ambiance, it's not very exciting. Not very inviting. Not very comfortable. I sat in the chairs and booths and they are not very comfortable for me. The place has a end-of-the-world vibe, but it's not very aesthetically pleasing. The coffee is mediocre. Not any better than Starbucks or McDonald's. They do have their own roastery upstairs. However, the black coffee that I had was average. Nothing exciting. Nothing even close to better local competitors like Onyx or Airship coffee. The one upside is the customer service. The gal who attended to me was friendly and when they were out of what I ordered (which happened to be the most basic thing .... Drip coffee), she suggested an alternative. I also saw her interacting and helping with other people in a friendly way. This place also has roasted coffee beans to buy and some merch. Overall, it's not a place that I would return to. But I could see how some people might want to have a meeting there. However, the coffee was not great. So if I were to get coffee, I would get it less expensive somewhere else.
