They also were using Idahoan shredded potatoes from a large carton. I can understand the potatoes but how great would it be to have freshly made syrup. Eating here feels a bit like dining inside a piece of Utah history. The service is usually excellent, and you can tell they take the motto behind their name seriously: "True service is true religion." Regardless of my comfort, this is still of course, a violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act. Service dog handlers beware, this is not a restaurant in compliance with the ADA. I will be filing a complaint with the department of justice, if this happens to you, I highly recommend you do the same.
