Delicious! I had the Big Mosida Burger, which is a quarter pound smashed patty and the fries. Both are great! I don't know why there are reviews criticizing the bun as being a "store bought," regular, and generic. It was obviously a crafted bun and of high quality that matched the burger. The burger was juicy, tasty, and was everything I wanted for a birthday supper. The fries were nicely seasoned and fried perfectly in their tallow, which is what I wished all the burger joints would use for their fries. Like McDonald's used to do when their fries were the best. I'm not a fan of fry sauce--I know, heresy in Utah! LOL--but I did like and use their fry sauce, it is good. They use the same spice in it as they do their fries. The employees are very friendly. The interior is simple. We ate at the window bar which was nice. Looked in their refrigerator case and their meat looks excellent. Their prices are really reasonable, in some cases about equal to grocery store prices, so why buy grocery store meat? I will be back! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

I have been going to the Mosida Market Butcher Block shop in Lehi for a while now and only recently learned that they have a restaurant in Provo! I was very excited as I have always been impressed by the quality of their meats. I got their Big Mosida Burger and overall I thought the burger was good especially the patty. The meat was cooked to perfection and the ingredients felt fresh. However, I didn't enjoy their bun as it just kind of felt store bought. The fries are cooked with beef tallow which added a bit more extra flavor to them which was wonderful. Overall, the price is good for what you get. I'd come back to try some of their other items. We also picked up some steaks and some food for the pup on our way out and they were all top-notch. Would highly recommend checking out the butcher.

Such a cool find - thank you Yelp! Provo is home to so many highly rated places to grab a bite and that said, I'm so glad we chose Mosida. How'd we make that decision? For me, it was a couple of things (thanks Yelpers)! First, I appreciate attention to detail and doing things the better way. Mosida does this in spades. They are local farmers who believe in sustainable and regenerative farming. They raise their own cattle, embodying the meaning of "farm to table." Their market opened in August 2024, so only a few short months ago. They use tallow to fry everything they serve and make everything to order. Things the kind of place where the scrumptious pics you see look EXACTLY like the burger you ordered. Yep, I had to use all caps, cause y'all, that's not the norm, lol. They offer a small meat market in the rear where you can chat with their friendly staff while you wait on your meal. You might even decide to take home a steak or three. So, friends, this is why we chose Mosida over so many other yummy options. They care about their animals and they care about our health. They've taken the road less traveled for sure. It was hard to decide what we would order, but we finally settled on the loaded fries and whole farm double meat burger. Oh, and I couldn't pass up the Cookie Jar shake. We met Madi at the counter - you can miss her infectious smile and friendly demeanor. Even though you order at the counter, she checked on us later. Such great staff. She's a keeper. And oh my word, the cook staff are too. Everything we had was scrumptious. My guy said his burger was maybe the best he's ever had. He loves burgers, so that's a legit big compliment. My loaded fries were great as well - a lot of food, well seasoned and zero skimping on the toppings. I made it a priority to tackle the Cookie Jar shake and man, was it a tall glass of creamy goodness and heaping chunks of cookie mixed in. So good. So good, I had to take home most of my loaded fries, haha. The place itself is on the smaller side, but there are plenty of tables for you. They also have outdoor seating in warmer weather. Next time a road trip takes us anywhere in the vicinity of Provo, you can bet we'll be stopping by again.

I had never heard of this place so when a friend posted about it, I knew I had to try it! It's nestled into a great Provo location... It kind of feels like a hidden gem! You can walk in and order or walk to the back and buy fresh cuts of meat. The exterior is bright and the interior was clean and inviting. We were immediately helped, and the man who took our order, was very kind and answered all of our questions. We got the big Mosida burger and the swine sandwich. We tried their regular fries as well as the sweet potato fries - both were perfect perfectly crunchy yet soft on the inside. I will definitely be back to try some of the sweets and shakes they offer.

One of the best places in Utah county for burgers, tallow fries and sweet potato fries you'll find. A bit pricy $20/person, but worth it for quality and portion size. Bit of an old deli feel as walk in, as it is also a butcher shop. Adds to the cool ambiance;) self order is nice and easy menu choices. Don't expect a quick delivery as their sign says but we've so it didn't take overly long to receive our burgers. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

When my wife told me about Mosida, I couldn't wait to come here and try their menu. I'm all about supporting local spots and celebrating fresh ingredients. To keep it simple: this place is an easy 10/10. I had the Farmhouse Mosida burger and let me tell you, wow! So much flavor. I love a good burger with fresh beef, an egg, bacon and all the usual toppings. This burger was huge! Super filling. Every bite tasted amazing. One of the best burgers I've eaten in a while. The burger was a highlight, but the star of the show has to be the tallow fries. If you haven't tried good fries made with duck fat or beef tallow, run, don't walk. The depth of flavor is amazing. The seasoned salt they use on the fries enhances the experience. My wife had the French toast and she was very happy about them. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich for our toddler. One thing in common between these dishes was the breakfast sausage patty. It was so fresh and delicious. I can't wait to come back here, seriously. I wish this wasn't all the way on Provo and that their Lehi location had the restaurant as well, because it's that good! P.s. their selection of different beef cuts had me feeling out while we waited for our food. They sell local seasoning blends, breads, fresh eggs, 'The Creamery' cheese, amongst other fresh products.

Such a fun market that you can also order lunch at. They have great burgers and some of the best fries! It was my first time have tallow fries and they were fantastic! I love how they also have fry sauce.

With the official opening of the Mosida Market, we went down to have lunch. The market and cafe are clean and refreshing. Simple and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and they were helpful as we ordered. The menu is straightforward but I had a problem. Everything sounded so good. I ordered the Big Mosida hamburger and added bacon. My wife ordered Beef-N-All, which is basically their version of a Philly cheese steak. I have my top hamburgers and this instantly jumped into the winner's circle. It is rare for me to take a bite of something and simply say, "wow!" My wife had the same reaction when trying my burger. And can I say that this is some of the best bacon I have ever had. No hyperbole. My wife loved her Beef-N-All with quite the serving size and cheese pull! Be ready to check out the butcher. Such high-quality with reasonable prices.

I liked Mosida, but wasn't quite as in love with it as I thought I'd be. That being said, I'd 100% be willing to give it another shot. I love the idea of farm to table fresh food. I think I maybe just ordered the wrong thing and picked the wrong day. The place was packed when we got there and there were no seats inside. Luckily, we snagged a table outside (it was chilly but manageable), but then had to wait 35+ minutes to get our food. Seen a few other people comment that service is pretty slow. Could definitely be improved. For food, I got the breakfast sandwich, which you can tell is made of quality meat but the croissant was just okay and the fry sauce was a strange addition. Would have preferred some other kind of aioli or just plain. I'm also not sure if I could have subbed the American cheese for a different cheese on the iPad, but American cheese isn't my favorite. But the tallow fries were good--was expecting them to be heavy but they were actually really light--and my husband thought the burger was exceptional, so maybe we'd go back (not on a weekday) and try something different. The butcher shop in the back also looks like it has a great selection too, so I'd be interested in trying out that as well.

"More people need to know this place is here". We were walking down Main Street in provo on a Saturday wanting to try something new and found Mosida. The windows have a mirror tint to it so we could t see inside. When we opened the doors it was packed with people. Nice photos of the food choices and the food was delicious. We will be back. Stop by and give them a try. If you park at the Kolaches on Main Street you can walk to this place. They are next to the JJ Burger spot.

Good food and good customer service. Very nice vibe! Nice menu with a number of choices. The food was fresh and on time .

This place is not fast food. It's a great old-fashioned burger produced in the way. It was probably 50 years ago. It connected to a butcher shop so you know that that's good quality and the flavors are straightforward. Delicious.! they also have tallow fries.

This place is small, loaded with items and always busy. If you are okay with longer lines and trying to fight the crowd then have at it. Since this is the only Rancho in Utah County it is always packed with people. The aisles are really narrow and if you have a shopping cart be prepared to fight for space with other carts. They don't always have the items listed on their weekly specials so don't have a giant shopping list and expect everything in one stop. Mostly this is due to space. I will say that they have a lot of veggies and fruits considering the size. The produce area is always packed full and during the warmer months the tent out front has some of the weekly specials on display. For what they have, they do an amazing job. The bakery here is amazing though! I've tried many pastries and breads and everytime I've not been disappointed! Parking is tough even though it is a big lot. There are many businesses in the area so be prepared to circle. The staff at this location are alright. It's pretty hit and miss. Not as chatty as the other stores in Salt Lake and some are less friendly than expected. Again I'll blame being such a small location and having to do a lot of work to keep up with demand. Event hough it's small, they are constantly receiving and restocking their items. Shelves are neat and bins are filled full of items. If you're looking for essentials come here. Specialty things might be a little harder to find though compared to other stores.

It's dirty and unsanitary, the owners , and their cashier obviously do not care as they are happily just sitting down the whole time. As I was paying the cashier said "oh the meats kind of expensive" and charged me $12.99 a lb for Ranchera meat that costs $8.99 , after I said it was more then usual they lied to me saying "it costs $18.99 a lb at other places , we're the cheapest" this is an out right lie. Come to find out she didn't even charge me $12.99 a lb , she charged me over $14 for ranchera. When I went back into the store to ask AGAIN how much it was , after they kept changing the 'price', they continued to tell me it was $109.12 (w out tax) for 7.81 lbs of ranchera carne. I showed her the math on my calculator and then owner came and began telling me how at other stores that sell carne workers are dying from corona , it's unsafe ect. This had nothing to do with them overcharging me and again , was untrue as the store they were talking about only has two employees (the owners) and both are alive , happy, and well. They could not give me an explanation as to why it was so expensive for meat that costs $8.99 a lb , and why they charged me a lot more then originally stated AND why their "register" came up with $109.12 when a calculator said otherwise. The meat wasn't the only thing they overcharged me on. The owners, specifically the female (thinking it's the mother of the cashier) kept trying to deflect the conversation by talking trash about other stores. They never could give me an explanation or answer. Due to the shortage of meat and sanitary supplies (such as hand sanitizer which they were selling 10 oz for $10.99) They think they can price gouge. Luckily I recorded the interaction and will be taking this to the health department , FTC, and the attorneys general office (for price gouging.) Overall this is just a bad business. Definitely scammers.
