Live the vibe here. My wife's breakfast burrito was fantastic. The croissant French toast caught my eye and I ordered it. I was kinda disappointed. Been looking forward to trying this place as it's one of the few brunch places in Provo that is open Sundays. We were seated immediately and the restaurant was decently clean and very cold. The crepe I ordered didn't come with any filling, instead it came with a side of maple syrup. I had to ask for Nutella to be drizzled on it, and if I hadn't, the dish would've been very plain and honestly dry. Some bites of the crepe were kind of hard, probably from overcooking the dough, but it had a pleasant taste. Never had bananas with whipped cream before! As for the monte Cristo, the ham in the sandwich was not tasty. The bread itself was also not very good, but the eggs and potatoes were very delicious and well seasoned. Also, I really wanted to get a pastry, but it all looked old and stale. I probably won't come back, but I'm sure there are a couple amazing dishes that we missed. read more

Came here for breakfast with a large party. It was nice because they sat us right away when we walked in. The food was flavorful with a little Hispanic twist on most of their dishes. And each dish was large portions! My only complaint would be the coffee. I ordered the horchata latte and we got another latte and it was 90% milk/creamer. Sunday, July 12 @ 10am party of 6 Honestly, a ZERO star experience. My son ordered a Super Loaded Fries Skillet no tomatoes and add spinach. He sent his skillet back because it was missing all the vegetables and the added SPINACH he requested. I also let the waitress know that the skillet I ordered had bell peppers, of which I requested to have left out. She wanted to redo my order, but I told her I was starving and I'd keep it as is. She said she'd have the manager come over. We were offered 10% off for the trouble. When my son's skillet was brought back, there was still NO SPINACH. When I told the waitress, she said it has to be there, look underneath. I said it's not there, are you bringing it over on a separate plate? Then the manager came over and she asked us if the egg was there? Well yes, but that's not the problem here, her question confused us, so my son just said yes, the egg was there (we didn't know there was an actual egg missing). At this point, my husband was getting frustrated and angry, and the whole breakfast experience was pretty much ruined, so my son ate the skillet as is, with one egg (should've been two) and no spinach. When the bill came, the 10% discount was missing. This whole experience at this point was laughable! I walked over to the waitress who was by the register and asked her about it, she said oh yeah, it'll only be a few dollars difference anyway...see what I'm dealing with here??!!! Then the manager came up out of nowhere and wanted to talk, really that's ok. The manager had a lot of faith in their chefs/cooks, she questioned the validity of the egg missing, the bell peppers being mistaken for tomatoes, but really zero mention of the missing spinach. They made sure to tell us multiple times that there were two eggs, keep checking, look under the fries, maybe under the vegetables, and even AFTER I paid, and even AFTER I told the manager to drop it, she came back with the corrected bill and said the cook said there were two eggs. OMG stahp! The real problem from the very beginning, from the first time the food came out, was the missing vegetables and missing spinach. Anyway, we paid the bill without leaving a tip, that's a first for me in my 57 years of life. After finding out I didn't tip, my husband went back to tip the waitress. We're not that kind of people he said. Useless manager and a waitress I hold responsible for not checking my son's skillet the second time around to make sure it was served as ordered. She was tipped, but she didn't deserve it, she made zero effort. Maybe the waitress's name was Eliza, not sure because she didn't introduce herself, and don't know the manager's name either, as she was not introduced, just that a manager will be stopping by to talk to us. I came in on a Sunday morning and we were seated in about 5 minutes. The restaurant was packed and busy around 9:30am so I was super excited to try their dishes! I opted for their skillet steak and fries paired with their hot chocolate. The steak and fries was good however I think it would've been better if it included their salsas on the side. The hot chocolate was good but was definitely super sweet. I don't have much of a sweet tooth anymore but it was still a cute lil drink. My friends invited me to brunch but left it to me to decide where. I chose The Brunch House Amd so glad I did. We got here just before 11 am and the place was packed with a 25 minute wait. There's seats in the reception area but they were occupied so my friends and baby G waited outside but we're locals now and know how to dress. At around 15 minutes seats opened up and we ventured indoors. Around 5 minutes later the hostess updated us booths are clearing. About 5 minutes later we were seated in a big comfortable booth. The hostess was amazing as I saw her never once waiver under incredible pressure to answer phones, and be genuinely kind to everyone she encountered. Our server, Vanessa, was equally attentive and sweet with the baby G! Our amazing food came out very quickly and hot! The cappuccino was perfect. The filtered water was cold and crisp. The French Toast strips were the best I'd ever had. I got the corn beef hash! So good. My friends not got steak Amd eggs, one a skillet and the other a big plate. So much food it went home in a box. Finally had yeh chance to visit The Brunch House. We were greeted the second we walked in. The service was absolutely amazing our waiter had great recommendations and was very attentive. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was amazing. The kids got the French toast sticks and they were homemade and perfectly made. We tried 3 meals. The monte cristo was the perfect combination of savory and sweet. The Green Chile Omelette had great flavor in the sauce. Last was the South of Border Benedict's and they were the highlight of the meal. They had great flavor with perfectly fried sopes. The one down side was the cafe de olla. Better than hospital food but 2 times the price. Everything tasted ok but not fantastic. I ordered a smoothie, the steak salad and French toast. The smoothie was not sweet at all and tasted like raw bananas. The steak salad was fresh and meat was good. I had high hopes for the croissant French toast, but it was just mediocre. It also didn't come with fruit and you had to pay $2 extra for it. The total was $52 for two dishes and a smoothie. It was around 1:30 when we were done, but the staff kept asking us if we wanted anything or have anything cleaned so that we would leave.... Not sure why. Went to The Brunch House on a Monday during late breakfast hours. Here are my thoughts: Ordered Tuesday Californian Omelette: Omelette was 3/5 in regards to filling and quality. Over cooked a bit and chicken was dry. Egg was little over. Possibly sitting on the line. Pork Chili Verde Omlette: Omelette was very tasty and flavorful from the chili verde and pork. Pork was well seasoned and super fork tender. Omlette was filled with a lot of stuffing. Probably the best thing I have had at this restaurant. 5/5 Plain Waffle: The plain waffle is not plain. On the menu it doesn't mention powdered sugar or whipped cream. Received it with both and my toddler did not want it. Ended up having it remade. Service: Initially the service was good from the greeting but when we got sat, no silverware and had to ask for it after our food was delivered to the table. Had to ask for toast we ordered as our server forgot. To be fair she seemed nervous about asking to remake the waffles stating she had to ask the kitchen to remake. Service was friendly and the menu should have stated with powdered sugar and whipped cream if you list as plain waffle. Service was 4/5 Ambiance: Bustling with crowds even on Monday at 10:30am. Music is soft and subtle. Good for small to larger size groups. Expect long waits during weekends. 2 stars for the menu not listing additional stuff on the plain waffles, Omelette quality on the California. I would go so far as to say this is a hidden gem in Provo. It's not in the restaurant-rich downtown Provo area, and is in a bit of a weird location (near Walgreens) but it is so good. It's so cute inside and it didn't feel like we were in Provo. We went right around brunch on a Friday, and while it was very crowded in the restaurant, we were able to be seated and served quite quickly. I got the Vegetarian Delight skillet with over-medium eggs, and it was very filling and satisfying. It had mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, peppers with potatoes. Everyone was satisfied with their meals! My meal came out to less than $20 even after tip, and that was a great price. I would recommend it!! read more

I finally had the opportunity to try The Brunch House recently. My wife and I stopped in for brunch and were a bit worried about the possible wait time for a table, but the hostess was able to seat us right away. I was concerned that it would feel claustrophobic (given how many tables are set up), but I was pleasantly surprised that we didn't feel crammed in at all. Our server was fantastically attentive and provided suggestions given our food preferences. I followed his advice and ordered the "South of the Border Benedict" --- it was AMAZING! Even though there are some other wonderful looking options on the menu, I'll probably order the same thing the next time we go. And maybe even the time after that.
