Prices seem a bit steep as well for regular T-shirts. It was well organized. Parking was limited, other parking had a short time frame of 15 mins parking. I admire that the building is also architecture from the natural red rock. We parked here at he trading post to hike up the Red Rock Amphitheatre. Which it would be much better if we would have parked near the Half-moon Lot. The road was closed to drive up to the parking lot for the Amphitheatre. Kevin Gates will be performing here in May! This would be a great place to attend an event. It's outside and covered; located on a red rock mountain with breath taking views

This place offers free restrooms and also serves as a gift shop and Shop to buy little snacks and drinks. I enjoyed being able to walk around and look at the many different gifts it had to offer however I have to say everything was very overpriced. T-shirts were a 35 to $40 for something that only had lettering that said red rocks on it and keychains went upwards of $15. I decided to get a cool little magnet that had some fake gold in it that moved around for about $8. It was one of the cheaper quick little trinkets they had to offer here. The staff was very friendly and I didn't feel like I was being watched while I was walking around so that made me happy as well. The place was very clean and nicely lit and up to date as well. Overall it's a nice little place to get out of the heat or cold depending on when you go, for me it was to escape the cold for a little bit. There is also some beautiful scenery behind the Trading Post that would make for some beautiful photos.

I had never been and my boyfriend has been to a concert here and said it was REALLY a cool experience! It was completely free for us to come here at sunrise! So if you are looking for a great cheap experience in Colorado, this is it!! There was plenty of parking but expect to walk! Wear good shoes! Staff here was cleaning because there was a concert scheduled for that night but it didn't bother us in the least bit. The visitor center was cool to walk through and doesn't take much time. There are also nice bathrooms in here. I really wanted to buy a sticker but it seems there gift shop opens later than the actual center. There is also a spot here to eat. We didn't but the views looked very cool! There are places to hike around here as well and you definitely should! We saw wild turkeys and saw the rocks from a different view! Just beautiful! Definitely come here and check out the sunrise or a concert!!

The sound of the water feature and view made for a spectacular lunch. When we arrived at 1PM, we were told that we could not enter the amphitheatre because they were preparing for a concert at 8PM that night. The event staff, Blue Uniform shirt and Yellow Uniform Shirt, were very rude in deliverign this message. Several other guests were offended by the delivery and attitude of how we were being treated. However, there were which looked like Red Rocks staff, different uniform shirts, that were very helpful in telling us areas that we could go and enjoy the views. The downstairs Hall of Fame was very interesting. I recommend goig here as the nature and bird watching is amazing.
