I'd pay extra for the alkaline water because the tap water has a clean hospital water taste. I don't know how else to explain it. But if you like that sort of thang you don't gotta pay extra. Very convenient ice delivery service we have used for multiple events. It's worth every penny and isn't much more than you would pay at a gas station bag for bag. I don't remember the exact size but the bags are much larger than 20lbs. Fresh still frozen ice delivered to your door. They will even load it into your freezer or cooler or wherever you're using it. There is a minimum quantity. Inquire directly for that. read more

Came to fill up our 5 gallon water jugs. Tried both the reverse osmosis and alkaline water. Parking, service and prices were good. Both types of waters however had an awful taste - worse than tap water. Unfortunately, we ended up using it to water our plants because it wasn't drinkable. I was recently given a Primo water dispenser, and I was in need of a couple of 5 gallon water jugs to get my setup going. A quick yelp search for a local water store, and I came upon The Bear Ice Co. They recently opened up a retail store window, and I saw that they have alkaline and reverse osmosis water available for purchase. It was super close to my home, so I drove on over and purchased two jugs. It was very fast and easy, and the first fill of water was free with bottle purchase! The gentleman working the window was very nice and explained the difference's between the different bottle options that they carried, and even walked them out to my car and loaded them up for me. Great customer service! I will definitely be back when I need my refills. They have found themselves a new customer for sure! read more
