Water is great however this shop is so inconsistent with when its open. Its already a pain to load your jugs to get them filled and when you pull up youre greeted with a marker note on the door at random times saying theyre closed. Today especially we see one guys come the door with his 3 jugs to full and is getting turned away by the employee saying theyre closing at 2PM today. We had 3 jugs ourselves and another guys pulled up with his jugs and an older lady after him. All 4 customers were turned away by the employee. it would be great if this business started to be more consistent with their opening hours and have Google reflect their hours and if you're gonna close for lunch, have that referenced on Google so that people know before they drive out of their way to fill their jugs. read more

I recently purchased water coolers for both of my parents households. My mom was spending $50 a month on Sparklettes delivery, and my dad was using a sad Brita filtered water pitcher that that could barely fill up a coffee pot. We tried to refill an empty Sparklettes jug at a couple of the water stations you find outside of grocery stores, and the taste was disappointing. I also didn't feel comfortable not being able to see what's going on behind the scenes in terms of cleanliness. I walked in and out of this place in 2 minutes with two newly purchased 5 gallon jugs and reverse osmosis water. Love the taste! And happy to know my mom will now be spending only $6 ish a month for her alkaline water supply here. This store is insanely clean, and fortunately located by Stater Bros so we will always have the convenience of being able to refill the jugs during our normal grocery trips. The jugs also come with great lids, no need to purchase after-market ones. Excited about the loyalty card program, too. read more

They are overpriced and they say their water is 9.5 ph. I tested it and it only tested 7.0 ph. Stater brothers brand alkaline tests higher than this place! I will not go back! read more

I must say Redlands alkaline water is the best tasting water in town I will definitely be telling my friends about this place. I am very happy to know they have BPA free products. The woman was very nice to sanitize and wipe everything down very happy with the service I recommend it. read more

Today, December 31, I was out of water, but their hours online said they were open until 5 PM. I arrived right at 3 PM, and a frumpy looking employee had just locked the door and said he was closed. I asked him if there was any way he could help me out and sell me $20 worth of alkaline water - so I would have water for New Year's Eve, and he said no, we were closed. I told him this would probably result in me never going there again and he said he didn't care. I don't understand this about private businesses that are willing to turn people away during their posted business hours and won't even stay open for an extra minute to help a very regular customer out. This happens often with this business, where they close during their regular business hours. I'm not sure if the owners know that their employees risk losing customers by being rigid like a big box store on their hours and turn last minute customers away? Or if they encourage their employees to do this. Another issue is that they charge extra for using a card for payment, so when I have tried to use cash, they rarely have change. They told me to go to another store to get change. When I offered to use my card for their convenience - since they don't have change, the still charged me the card surcharge! I did them a favor and the charged me for it! They are also significantly more expensive than Loma Linda Water or "Fresh Water" on 5th in Yucaipa. But I know one thing, I am done with this business. I drove down the street to Loma Linda water where they cheerfully appreciated my business. I spent about $20 / week there - which is around $1000 / year. They are very helpful and provide full service (wipe, rinse and refill). Their great tasting water and friendly service is what keeps us coming back. The place is descent but the water is horrible. Filled up (6) 5 gallon bottles of Alkaline water and all tasted absolutely gross. Tasted like water hose water on a hot summer day. Picked up all the rubber taste. Not sure how I'm the world this place has good ratings. I doubt I was just the unlucky fellow who had a bad batch. My entire family thinks it's disgusting. Went back to my regular place in Rancho and oh what a difference! Day and night difference. And both have equal amounts of alkaline content. Around 8.5. I tested it. I almost didn't post a review because this was a month ago but my brother mistakenly loaded up one of the bottles Of the bad stuff and as soon as I tasted I just knew it was that disgusting water!!! read more

I can usually get in, get my water filled up and be out in literally 5 minutes so it's very time efficient. Excellent friendly service, if you buy a water bottle there sometimes they'll fill it up with water for free. They will fill containers that you didn't buy there (for example, I have a lot of the gallon containers from Sam's Club) and rinse it before filling. It pays to be a loyal and gracious customer, they're very friendly and accommodating, sometimes I come out with free water and the loyalty card is excellent to use when you need a lot of alkaline water. Support your local business! Cheaper than the grocery store kiosks (by about 5-10 cents per gallon) and will not be out of order and guaranteed clean and sanitized, which is so important nowadays. read more

Today was the first time I visited the redlands alkaline store. I was at my physical therapy and was on my way to a water store in rialto when I decided to see if there were any water stores close to wear I was and I find this store. I was greeted Patty who was very friendly. I was so excited that they carried bags of alkaline ice. Because it was my first time she gave me the ice for free. I took a water bottle which they had filled back to them almost full, because it tasted strange, like chemicals. They proceeded to tell me that it was because of the container which was leaving a bad taste. They emptied the water which they had filled, refilled it, and charged me full price for the bottle. It miraculously didn't taste bad even though it was the same bottle and has never tasted bad since. read more
