The man has no bed side manners, no personality whatsoever (very dull), the type that does not enjoy his profession and only practices for the money. I went to see him for a slightly elevated PSA of 4.5 with symptoms of prostate pressure... I explained to him that I had just cleared a UTI and he interrupted me in a condescending way, challenging me with the fact that males seldom getsu UTIs and switched to the possibility of being prostate cancer, and on top of that he started on his own, to give me explanations for prostate cancer treatments, "surgery or CHEMICAL CASTRATION", these were his exact words! I left the office very disturbed. Immediately booked my MRI with my orders to the Santa Fe Imaging to send my results to my PCP ONLY! Results came back as prostatitis, took antibiotics and PSA now back to normal! The office: when I booked my appointment, I specifically requested for the office to confirm that they excepted my Presbyterian insurance, they checked and told me yes. When I went to the appointment, they made a copy of my insurance card and drivers license, I paid my copay... Now, almost 6 months later they are sending me a bill for U$338 dollars for the office visit claiming that they did not accept my insurance. It seems that this office has this dishonest practices with insurance scheme, as they did the exact thing to my partner.

It clearly stated all my health issues, including fibromyalgia(!), bulging discs (!) and arthritis in my spine. I saw him because of a hip replacement. He pushed on my spinal stenosis while I was laying down on my face. He triggered pain that I still have to deal with weeks later. I'm back on pain pills, and that was not the idea when I went to see a physiotherapist. When I screamed in pain because he pushed down on the spinal stenosis, he said: "What happened? I just wanted to stabilize you". The situation was absurd and unprofessional. It was Friday afternoon and he had plans that he talked about. He was incompetent and overconfident. My doctor advised me to NOT go back. I am VERY disappointed with Therapy Solutions.

For my initial consultation the person who examined me was super nice, and down to earth. They are the only reason I am currently giving this place 3 stars instead of one. I have real issues that are extremely painful, and these shots help if done correctly. I suggest anyone thinking about getting them done then they should. Especially if you are living with chronic pain. However you will want to go to a place that makes you feel like a person and not a number. With that said maybe it was an off day for the Dr. So I will try it with her one more time. Hopefully the next time around I will feel like my issues actually matter instead of feeling like a number in an assembly line. I also made a request after my consultation for big John to help with my procedure, but they didn't take my request seriously and I said some random person helping the Dr. Instead of him. I have a very serious anxiety disorder I let them all know a head of time. I explained to them that he was always very good to me, and I wanted him for a specific reason. I made an appointment online (easy!) and was able to see him in just two days (convenient). You can fill out all the forms online so the doctor knows about your issue and background before you get there. Casey's office is centrally located with lots of parking, so it's easy to get to. Dr. Casey himself is welcoming and has a relaxing warm energy. He's a strong guy--and also gentle. I appreciated the way he could feel where my pain was. The initial hour visit included him really listening to me about my issues, and then him working hard in various modalities to help me feel better. He did massage, needling (acupuncture, but directly into the affected muscles), cupping, and chiropractic adjustments. He also taught me two exercises I could do at home to specifically address my problem areas. I felt better immediately--much less soreness from my back, and no soreness from the adjustment. I made a 30-minute follow-up visit the next week where he once again used adjustments, massage, needling and cupping to further help me. I feel better than I have in months--and appreciate the hard work and caring energy Dr. Casey provided. I can wholeheartedly recommend him to you! There's no need to suffer, just go to Dr. Casey!
