Then, because the meter was not at the correct address on the Rocky mountain power side, they would not let me connect. I tried multiple times to get reader to update it so I could connect. It took them over 3 months to do so (because they are horrible at communicating at all). They then made me back pay my power bill (understandable) BUT they ALSO charged me $50 for every month I was not connected ($200 in total). for something COMPLETELY out of my control. Every single time I try to get ahold of them, I can't. Every time I try to solve problems that they should solve, I pay for it. They are impossible to work with, and will do anything to make a few bucks. I am embarrassed to be living in one of their facilities.

He gave his word face-to-face. However, after I moved out, they kept the entire deposit. They sent fake invoices from third-party companies or performed so-called "repairs" to improve the property for the owner so it could be rented later at a higher price. I wish I had checked reviews earlier -- if I had known about their reputation, I would have never signed a contract with them. That's why I want to warn everyone who reads this: do not rent from this company under any circumstances. Find a different property management company and avoid being scammed. To everyone who has already been cheated by them -- don't give up. Go to court, file a legal claim, and make them pay for what they've done. If all the people they've deceived take legal action, this fraudulent company will be shut down once and for all. That's why I urge everyone who was scammed -- take them to court.

It's comprised of condos, town homes, & single family residences. I'd say that 90% of the living spaces at Wolf Creek are short-term rentals. It's an enjoyable place to vacation. And it's a far-more cost effective option, than staying in Park City, UT. I've stayed in the townhouses at Moose Hollow, and in an 8 bedroom house at Trapper's ridge. All of the grounds in Wolf Creek are immaculately kept. And the views of Ogden Valley are breathtaking! Each little community has its own pool. And the Wolf Creek golf course is well-cared for. The homes, themselves, are owned by individuals. You can get information about rentals through VRBO, or property management websites. I've had different experiences, at different houses; depending on the owner/property management company. Wolf Creek resort is conveniently located near the only grocery store in the entire area. And it's close to Pineview Reservoir. Believe me, this is the place to vacation!

All the instructors that I have seen there, teach groups of four people max in preiods of 3-4 hours, so they really care about your learning, not like in other places that they teach around 10 at once and just for two hours. I really recomend the place when the weather is nice. May be I'm not an expert, but I can say by my experience and after 4 try in other resorts, this is the one were I felt like I could really learn and enjoy at the same time, and I did it!!

They stick to that, even so far as to respond to emails at 11:58 pm on the fifth day. Voicemails tend to go unanswered. I could go on and on. Avoid them!
