Luna, specifically, was very unprofessional to deal with. Between not replying to time sensitive emails, not properly reading and responding to said emails, at one point sending me and my roommate the wrong lease to sign etc. etc., I would never want to deal with her again. Their offices are closed and by appointment only and getting an appointment is not easy. You will not get your full deposit or even half of it back. In my last apartment they made me book my own carpet cleaning service and then charged me another carpet cleaning that came out of my deposit. When I pay $1000 in rent for a 1 bed, deposit more than half of that, then get 147$ back, I'm gonna be upset. One positive experience is that Maintenance and Inspections have always been very kind and easy to deal with, so I guess there's that.

We maintained the property in immaculate condition and took great care to prevent any issues beyond normal wear and tear. In fact, we went above and beyond, leaving the residence in a better state than when we arrived by making several minor improvements at our own expense. Despite our meticulous care and the property's excellent condition upon our departure, the landlord, Marlyn, withheld nearly our entire security deposit. No valid or itemized justification was provided for these deductions. This action feels particularly predatory, as it seems to be a practice aimed at college students who may be less aware of their tenant rights. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would strongly advise prospective renters, especially students, to be extremely cautious and consider renting elsewhere to avoid a similar, unjust situation. Yeah..
