HOA's need a PMC to be the voice of reason, balance the budget, speak to board members from experience and inform them when spending is out of control and dues might double. Provide feedback regarding legal and what if scenarios so that Boards can make logical and informed decisions. The reason I dinged them 2 stars- A ticket was put in, MPC took 12 months to repair the issue, but with the understanding that the previous property management company did nothing at all.The other ding MPC get's -Allowing a dictatorship with out of control spending that caused huge due increases over 2 yrs. instead of being honest with the board they sat there and allowed it.

Before our special day, we had a virtual meeting to go over the shot list, and he asked all kinds of great questions. On the day of our wedding, he was early, and ready for us when we were.
