Right away they treated me like family and took me in. I felt so cared for and trusted them immediately. I needed two control arms also fixed a couple months after that. My car was jumping around a bit and then I went down the hill and it was so bad around the curves I was so scared I pulled over on the side of the road and called Jim crying. He talked to me like I was his daughter telling me what to do. Got back had them fixed immediately again costs low. There have been other things that were weird they looked at it and it was a simple fix that took 20 minutes without any charge! I was literally begging them to take my money!
