The company refused to cover the cost of a tow because they said that my larger than stock tires count as a "Modified Vehicle". I spoke to numerous customer service reps at the corporate office and none would offer any assistance aside from saying "It's a modified vehicle. We can't cover it". I asked if snow tires count as modified. They said yes. Beware. I have been paying them every year for 9 years for no reason whatsoever and will never use their service again. I highly suggest you avoid them as well.

We had 6 rooms…read moreand only one had a few stray strands of hair left over from previous guest in the bathroom tub. Otherwise, rooms were clean and impeccable. Service was fantastic. They initially gave me a room with no bed (likely the living room area for a suite) and they immediately fixed the problem. Once I got into my room, it was relaxing and wonderful. The king rooms have a walk in shower and the twin queen bed rooms have a bathtub/shower combo. I mention this as those traveling with kids might prefer the tub option. Every room has a mini fridge. Traveling with little ones here is nice because they can offer a microwave in your room if requested. Made a big difference for us traveling with a young one. The gym is small but they do have a peloton bike among other equipment like free weights and other cardio equipment. Complimentary breakfast has warm savory options like egg burritos both with and without meat. They also offer oatmeal, fruit, yogurt and bagels with plenty of refreshments. Parking is free and easy to find. There's also a complimentary shuttle to take you to places on campus if you have no car. There are also bikes at the hotel to get around. All in all, we enjoyed our stay as did our guests for graduation.

I was there during a snow storm & they did a good job of plowing the lot. Hot coffee available throughout the day which is nice since i work overnights. My big issue is that the room temp has a cap at 75 degrees and it shuts off frequently even when the auto is not on. We haven't even hit negative temps in the area yet so I'm curious how the heating is through the winter. There was also hair on 1 of the towns when I entered the room.
