We had some questions about our pool, and the gentlemen working (I think the owner), helped us get the right chemicals and new pool pump and heater to make our pool run like new again. He also informed us about all the services they offer, including monthly pool maintenance. We used to purchase our supplies from Posner, but then decided to go with a monthly service. Our pool has never looked better! Prices are fair, and the best part is I don't have to worry about my pool anymore.

They showed up to work only on the weekends, with minimal supervision from the project manager. Our contract stipulated replacement of waterline tile, as well as regrouting of the perimeter coping. They replaced the tile, replastered the pool, filled it up and forgot to re-grout the coping. After several complaints, they returned reluctantly to regrout the coping and then dropped a bunch of grout into the newly replastered and refilled pool, which took forever to clean up. The contract also specified repairing any leaking areas, and a few months later the pool started leaking again! We called and texted them for a couple of months and they kept stalling saying they were sending a leak detection expert. Finally, we hired our own expert, who detected and fixed the leak (caused by improper waterline tile installation near the skimmer opening) within a week. I contacted their project manager about reimbursement for the repair, but he refused to honor their warranty, saying it was voided because I hired my own leak detector/fixer! Stay away from this company!

Ibiza Pool attempted a resurface of our pool but the finish was not done in a professional manner…read more Some specific problems: 1. significant defects and divots; 2. corners were not well formed; 3. there are clumps of white concrete left on the blue finish; 4. the quartz was not properly finished up to the tile; 5. diamond step spotters were partially covered with quartz/cement (so they appear misshapen/not square); 6. finish on the steps is very rough; 7. tiles were installed with cut/sharp edges facing out. In addition, Ibiza's work crew was careless - they mixed chemicals on a corded off new driveway, broke sprinkler heads, left cement foot prints all over the pool deck and only cleaned up when we called them back to do so. An Ibiza rep subsequently inspected the work and indicated that they would completely redo the finish properly at no cost to us, but that was more than 2 months ago and despite a subsequent discussion, Ibiza hasn't made any good-faith effort to replace the finish as promised. Finally, despite our multiple, significant concerns, we haven't heard a single word during this process from Ibiza's CEO & Florida Licensed Pool Contractor, Mr. Attila Adam. We have been hoping that he would want to make this right, but have been disappointed thus far by his lack of involvement with our concerns.

They start almost 3 days later and as soon as they started ,they keep working till the pool was done. Jeff was amazing during the whole process. He was prompt with the price quote and's any questions were had. Once we decided on the tile and surface color the project was scheduled and started 5 days later. The whole project took 8 days total from the demolition day through tile install and the resurfacing. We are beyond happy with how everything turned out and the level of communication throughout the whole process. They are who I would highly recommend to anyone if they needed any pool work done.

Then called me basically a liar about the handles and they would've notified me if THERE tech was the one that broke them. Buyer beware! They offer discounted pricing but you get what you pay for! The pool heater bypass was never installed and pool resurface warranty information never provided, despite having paid for it. Requests for a refund for the never completed pool heater bypass and delivery of the warranty information have not been answered. I can't recommend this company to perform pool service work unless you want a partially completed job and want to chase after them all the time.

They gave me a reasonable price, which I appreciated, so I agreed to the work. Unfortunately, the result was very disappointing. They came while I was at work, and instead of matching the existing gray grout, they only regrouted the cracked areas with bright white grout. It looks completely different from the original. The last company I used regrouted all of the areas around the pool so everything was uniform, but this company only addressed the cracks and left the rest untouched. To make matters worse, they left grout residue all around the pool. When I contacted them several times, I was repeatedly told to "give it time" and that the new white grout would eventually look like the old gray grout. Needless to say, having two completely different grout colors around the pool is not appealing. When I brought up the mess they left behind, I was initially told to clean the residue myself. It took two emails before they finally agreed to send someone out to clean it. Unfortunately, I can still see residue, and whatever product they used has also affected my pool deck. Now I have to find someone to repaint the pool deck and another company to make the grout a uniform color. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. What started as a simple grout repair has turned into additional work and expense. I would strongly recommend reading the reviews carefully and asking exactly what work will be done before hiring this company. Or do not use
