After I waited for 15 minutes with other items roasting in my car in 90° weather, the Customer Service with authority to help me (who had told a fellow employee that she would help me) returned with three or four boxes of 12 mini diet cokes. I reiterated that I only wanted 2 six packs of the mini cans, none of which were on the shelf. She told me there were none in back. I asked her if since there weren't any of what I needed, I had to pay full price for the larger box that I did not want or if she could give me a discount (maybe the same price as 12 would cost in the BOGO?). She dismissively told me that I had to pay full price if I only bought one box. I consider that neither "working with me" as a customer nor Customer "SERVICE." frankly, I was shocked and appalled at her attitude and lack of desire to help a customer. She had no apparent desire to help me as one of her customers. Her attitude does not reflect the customer orientation that I have known in any other Publix in any state in my life. I am grateful that there are now two Publixes in LaGrange and I will do all that I can to shop at the Publix at Merganser Commons instead of the one on Commerce in the future.

This store is located in Greenville, al and this small city has a lot to offer. They cook seven days a week and the menu will always have something delicious on it. True friendly service and amazing food is always a plus. This store is one of the reasons why I look forward to my visits back home. Don't worry they have breakfast as well and it's a true representation of a southern breakfast. So if you're in the area make sure to make time to stop by and grab a bite to eat. Oh and I almost forgot to mention their sweet tea don't miss out on this gem.

They became the leading supermarket by putting a strong emphasis on customer service. They bring the adage "the customer is always right" to new levels. Add to this fantastic BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and that alone makes for a winning combination. Add to this the iconic subs that they make in their deli (affectionately known as Pub Subs) and they become virtually unbeatable. These subs are pretty amazing. I usually go with their Italian sub or their roast beef. Both are excellent and I guess anything you would order at their deli counter would be a winner. This particular location is in Troy, Alabama and serves this community well. I must say that I would definitely recommend this particular location or any Publix, for that matter. I choose to give it five stars for their steps in making sure a visit to a Publix is always a wonderful experience.
